Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pueblo

Worst customer service, ever! I ordered a la Called in a large pepperoni and sausage order for pick up and when I arrive they are lost. Never took my order. Accuse me of calling the wrong store until I showed my phone to them. After 15 minutes of standing around the manager comes out and proceeded to ask me the same questions the other two associates did. The associate that took my phone order was the 1st person I spoke with in the store and when I told her what I was there for she asked me the same question she did on the phone, if it was two separate pizzas when I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage. Rather then just admit the mistake, make my pie and put it in the oven she lies to my face saying it wasn't her and gets another associate involved and eventully the manager that asked me the same questions when they could have just made my pie and apologized for wasting my time. So after driving to the store and talking with 3 different people i walked out without an apology or a pie. I asked for the bosses email address and was denied. I ordered food. It was awful. I called and was promised a credit. I don’t always order pizza as I cook homemade meals. I called tonight and Jalyn told me I didn’t have a credit. I said sir I should have a credit for my food and sauces. I SAID SIR ITS OBVIOUS I ORDERED FOOD IM NOT TRYYNG TO SCAN YOU. HE SAID “ well you’re trying to get free food.” And hung up on me. Obviously I’m not trying to get anything for free. I am a nurse and don’t order out much. And when I do and they’re 6 blocks up the road I Exocet my food and to be good! Who hires employees to treat paying customers likenshit. Pueblo is a small town and I promise these young servers will learn how to treat people with respect. This is almost comical now. 1st time back in December I called in a order and was told 20 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later I was told my order was not finished and would be another 15 minutes. I never got my food and they were not trying to give me my full refund. The girl up front was very rude. She refused to get a manager and when she finaly did he was of no help. I asked for corporates phone number and they said there was not one. 2nd time in January I ordered online the website said my order would be done in 30 minutes. When I arrived the pizza was not done. I waited another 15 minutes when I went back in I was told they gave my pizza away!!! Long story short I got my pizza a hour and a half later.
