Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pueblo

Ordered online, was given the price and waited an hour and ten minutes just to have 2 items missing and the food cold! When I spoke with Ren he said he doesn't control the internet and its not his fault they didn't get the order right and he'dhave to physically see what I was looking at( my computer screen) to give me what I ordered. I placed a second order to get the missing items he waived the delivery fee but didn't care that the food we got was cold and for 2 items of the $5 menu coming up $14 without the fee! Grandkids ate cold pizza and breadsticks... the rest of us didn't eat! When I asked if they did anything to make the customer happy he said he took off the fee and doesn't control the internet! The pizza is so good, but the reason I rated it only a 3 out of 5, is because I ordered (late night) 1 large pizza, nothing real special, a Hawaiian with jalapenos, cost me nearly $24!! I think that's highway robbery! Plus, a large pizza is what most pizza places would think a medium! I know I didn't have to take it, & I knew the price going in, but it was late, my hubby & I were so tired, I knew Pizza Hut would be easy & open, so I chose them. The pizza itself was perfect. The staff at the store were nice, offered me a 2 liter Pepsi for $4.50!! I said no thanks, I'll go to L&J & pay half that!! Like I said, the prices were what took the whole concept from 5 to 3. Ordered online. Called in to let them know to bring change for $100 .00 my total was 32.00. They said they dont let drivers carry more then 15 bucks. I told them I'll come in and pay with the 100 and they said ok. I arrived and the little emaciated 18 year old kid decided to have a huge attitude and tell me hes not taking the 100 dollar bill because they only have 20 dollars in the register. So I went next door to family dollar and they gladly broke the 100 for me and told me they have pizza hut customers come in all the time asking for change or to break a 100 dollar bill.
