We visited Its My Style on several occasions and our salesperson was Dianne. She could not have been more diligent and helpful. She had suggestions and advice on items we were looking for. I found a TV console I fell in love with but learned it was discontinued. She called around to multiple stores but was unsuccessful in finding the item. She sent us a link of similar items from the same line. She always kept us in mind, calling or texting if she found a similar item that she thought we would like. We visited the store on multiple occasions and she always welcomed us with a ready smile. She went out of her way to look for items at other stores if not available in the Queenstown location. Since we did not know when our house would be finished last week we were finally ready to finalize our purchase. She advised us of an insurance that was available and how delivery would take place. Dianne was never pushy and always went out of her way to make suggestions or make followups. She is a model employee and It's My Style is fortunate to have such a pleasant and helpful salesperson. There are few people in sales who are as diligent, helpful or as mindful even after their customer leave the store. Ordered a bed frame from there on nov 22nd they told me no later then Jan 6 it would be there at the store to pick up. Jan 6 came and went no call so I called Jan 9 and they said there was a hold up and it won't be available until feb 8 for delivery to there store so when it comes in they will call. The problem is they didn't even call to say sorry there will be a delay getting here sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused they just ignored it and wasn't going to change anything now my item has been paid in full and they told me the only thing they can do is give me a giftcard I honestly don't see what a giftcard will do considering I will never purchase something from them again in my area there are so many furniture stores that I will never return to this store except to pick up my bed that I ordered and...

I needed a chair to complete my new living room furnishings. I was having no luck going to several furniture stores and also shopping online sites. I live near the It's My Style Home Furnishings store in Queenstown, MD, and decided to have a look there. The salesperson listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful in finding me a swivel chair that wasn't large or had the swivel mechanism showing. I ordered the chair and about 5 weeks later it was delivered to my home. I am very pleased with the fabric I selected and the chair looks very nice in my living room.
