I had a wonderful experience with Tommy Bahama at Queenstown Outlets! Very last minute shopping to find a maxi dress for a wedding less than 24hrs later. It was the last store before heading home. Gretchen and Brooklyn offered a friendly greeting upon entering. On my way to the door I spotted a dress on a mannequin, but sadly not in my size. I asked if by chance there were more. Gretchen went in the back and came out with one she had ordered for herself. It was perfect! I was thrilled and Gretchen was genuinely happy for me. Tommy Bahama will be my fist stop from now on. Customer service seems to have declined in many retail establishments, which is why I tend to shop online. My experience at this store has renewed my enthusiasm to consider the bricks and mortar stores over online shopping! Bravo Tommy Bahama on having such wonderful employees.
