During my family's visit to the Under Armour outlet in Queenstown, Maryland, a few months ago, we were incredibly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by several employees who were eager to assist us with any questions we had, and even went above and beyond to help us place an online order. This level of service truly made our shopping experience fantastic and memorable.
However, my most recent visit to the same location was quite disappointing. It seemed that the staff had changed, and the level of customer service had decreased significantly. The new staff members were not as knowledgeable or friendly, and the management appeared agitated, which was a stark contrast to our previous positive experience.
One aspect that I found lacking during both visits was the absence of handbags or carts to carry items while shopping. This meant that customers had to place their items on nearby shelving, which in my last visit, led to an employee putting back items that I had intended to purchase. Additionally, the location itself felt small and cramped.
Overall, while my initial visit to the Under Armour outlet in Queenstown was incredibly positive, my most recent experience left much to be desired. I hope that the store can address these issues and return to providing the exceptional customer service that initially...

After adding up the items they told me that I couldn’t return them. I then asked if I could exchange them for different sizes(their sizes are smaller and shorten than normal). They said no! Gave me a receipt from the retail equation .com and said call them. After 35 minutes on hold I went to the website for a return activity report which gave me NO REASON why, but a statement on my personal data. They basically do away with their problems by turning them over to a fake website! Not giving up! I’ll try a...
Read moreI pulled up at 6:53 and the door was locked even though closing time is ⁷:00. An employee came to the door and asked what I needed and when I told him I only needed 1 item he rushed me. Then when I was trying to pick out 1 pair of youth shorts that my child needs for an event 3 employees bombarded me to speed me up because they wanted me out of the store. I was at the rack and they said what are you looking for and I told her the shorts in my hand. I made my selection and was in and out of the store in about 4 minutes but they definitely made me feel that I was not at all welcomed...
