Lee & Pickels Drugs — Local services in Quitman

We switched to this pharmacy about 2 weeks ago this was possibly a big mistake I have spent more time on the phone in the past week and a half because they cannot do their job. I have spoken with two pharmacists I think the owner for resolutions and they still mess up. I can't seem to get anything through to the people that answer the phone nobody communicates. The driver drives around does what he wants to and delivers our medicine to the other pharmacy on Troupville Rd instead of delivering them to my house which he clearly passes to get to that pharmacy and then no one doesn't even call and tell me they're there I just had to figure out on my own. I thought had already addressed this once it's happened again. It's like nobody gives a flip up there I'm not sure what they have going on but I called last week on Thursday & Friday about these medicines and it's Monday and I was told by a pharmacist I would have them today Monday and I still don't have them. No customer should have to beg for their medicine to be filled and delivered I mean this is ridiculous. The driver is a lost duck without his mother. Then on top of that they were filling old medicines that were sent to them by my previous pharmacy that no one even asked them to fill it's like they just wanted to get paid for it and they filled it. This is unreal. I don't see how they have a 4.7 star review because I honestly feel like they need to have a huge employee meeting so everybody's on the same page because obviously...

They are always super rude to my wife when she shops there or stops in to pick up a prescription, plus they want take our prescription card, and they act very rude if you try to present one, the last prescription my wife picked up there was double what we pay for it at Walmart, I hate to say it because we really believe in keeping our money local, and if they were as friendly as they seem to be in their commercials we probably wouldn't mind paying a little more, but friends today was the last time we spend a dime of our money at Lee and pickles in quitman ga, I'm so sorry to have to give this review because I believe that they don't treat every customer this way, but I guess in some ways that makes...

Lee & Pickels is a wonderful place. The people are friendly and very helpful. We were traveling and needed a prescription called in from our health care provider. Lee & Pickels gad received the script, but had not processed it, yet. They told us it would be about 15-20 minutes while they worked through their list. About 6 minutes went by, and we had the script in our hands. The other thing was they were closing within the hour for the holiday. We never felt like we were an inconvenience or being rushed in any way. Great experience. Quitman, GA is well taken care of by...
