My husband and I had tacos and taquitos with homemade guacamole. They came with side pico de gallo, and creama (Mexican sour cream sauce with lime ) The food was excellent. As good as any authentic food in any central Mexican city. And we traveled throughout Mexico a lot.
The owner was friendly and spoke English. It was a very simple place with a Spanish food store attached. Drinks and beer in a cooler, no iced tea. But the food was excellent.
Food took a few minutes longer to be prepared, but it was evident that they were preparing it fresh on the spot. The homemade guacamole was wonderful.
Recommend the El Pastore tacos as they were very flavorful and fresh.
This is not a chips and taco type of place. But if youāre looking for authentic, freshly prepared, great quality food. The type of food that youād eat if you ate with a traditional family, it taste homemade.
