If I could leave zero stars then I would. I am livid right now, even more so than the day I actually came for my service. I went March 23rd in the morning for an oil change. Never been here before but decided to come here because my usual place couldn't get me in. I was there for almost 4 hours. I was told my filter needed to be changed which I already knew needed to be done. Then I was told that my brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. After being shown why and looking it up, I agreed. Left the first time and was hearing two different noises. Came back for a second time to figure out where the noises were coming from. One noise was fixed, but the second one was not and I had to come back for a third time that day. I was told that that my brakes just need to settle and that's why it was making the noises. With all 3 trips, I spent about 7-8 hours there. Drove to Ohio that day as I was told that I was fine to travel. Got stuck in traffic a few times and my emergency brakes came on and would not go away. I had to move my seat closer to the steering wheel so that way I could use my brakes to stop my car sooner than normal. I had to go back on Monday, March 25th to figure out what was going on. Told them everything that happened after I left the first day. Missed a whole day of work as I was up there for 4-5 hours just to be told that the issue was that my brake hose was damaged and needed to be replaced. The part never came that day and I was told that one had been ordered and would be there no later than Thursday. I was told that the brake hose was temporarily fixed and that I should be good to drive my car. I travel for work and have kids in my car who I refused to allow in my car while all of this was going on. Called Wednesday and Thursday to be told that the part is on back order and no one has it. I was also told that I could get the part myself and they will reimburse me which was the one good thing from this experience. Finally had to go through the dealership to get the part. Went back on April 13th as I finally had the part for them to put it on my car. I wasn't there for that long before I was told I can get back on the road. Didn't hear any more noises and my car seemed to be driving fine. Just a few hours ago, my car started having issues again, only worse. After checking the fluids in my car, was very surprised to see fluids were low and/or not even any when my service receipt said it should be otherwise. My front rotors were supposedly replaced but looks like the old ones did and they were completely different looking than my rear rotors. I even had a couple people who know about cars look at my car and listen to it as now it's making a worse noise than before. They told me it seems that the part may not have ever been put on my car. I am blessed to have been in my driveway when this happened and not on the road with two others (a child and an adult) in my car as I would've been. Because of negligence of Jiffy, many lives were put in danger. Once you all are directly confronted, I will never seek your services again. To the sweet young woman who recognized me every time I had to come back, I hope you find somewhere else to work as I would hate for your reputation to be stained by this place. Read moreWe have always used another company in Etown but decided since we were due for an oil change to give this new Radcliff location a try. We were met with a short wait time, and very professional service. They did not try to over sell us in any way which was a big plus. They were able to answer every question and we got great service. The big kicker is we decided to have our tires rotated. While doing the rotation they found an 8 inch gash on the inside of one of the back tires. This of course would have been very dangerous to drive on and we are so happy they found it. We ended up getting a great deal on 4 brand new tires since we had planned to do it anyway in a couple of months. They worked with us and the GM even went himself to do a will call pick up of the tires we needed. The coffee was good, the company was good, professional services and a great personality all around. We even stopped back by to have the air pressure checked and they did so right away! We got a great deal and are very happy we decided to give them a shot. Read moreTook my 2011 chevy cruze in for an oil change and everything seemed like it was okay until my car had overheated one day soon after getting my oil changed. I opened up the hood to check my coolant and my oil cap was missing. I hadn't opened the hood since getting my service done here. Long story short I talked to the manager about it and he told me the only thing that he would be able to do for me was replace the oil cap... and this is after he admitted that one of his service techs may not have properly tightened the cap.... My motor ran without oil and completely ruined my car. I had to trade the car in for 1000 dollars at car mart and now I'm stuck with a bad interest rate on a different car, because I desperately needed a vehicle to get to work, and my credit isn't the best I would give 0 stars to this establishment if I could.
