When I came here to apply to this place I had an uneasy feeing and was almost glad I didn't call. My parents took us here for breakfast and I can't help but to feel grossed out still. The table was dirty with crumbs, dried up coffee stains, dirty menus, and left over straw papers. And the floor was greasy and wet with some trash. I thought it was as only ours but walking around the dining room, some tables are worse. There's waiters walking around instead of sweeping. A waiter dropped a neighboring tables toast on the floor and picked it up with her hands, went back to the register and continued to serve food. I did not see her go to the bathroom to wash her hands nor replace the toast she dropped. The dining room is just as bad as the bathroom. There's Mold around the rims of the toilet bowl, exposed half used toilet paper rolls, and the toilet seat has dried on grey stains and it looks greasy and dusty. I am pretty sure they don't mop the bathrooms either, there's white build up in between the tiles. I'd rather use a gas station bathroom. Now seeing the grill.... ugh. It looks like they scraped it clean pushing all that gunk towards the back to dry out and harden. I'm 17 and I worked at fast food places and I cater and serve for an actual commercial kitchen, not to mention I'm also trained at a manager level servsafe certification who's also being trained in the culinary business pathway to know my stuff. Honestly, I find burger king to be more clean then this.
Now again , I know I'm 17, but they need to practice better cleaning and hygiene and properly train their staff. A magician can't make all that filth disappear.
As for the food, they messed up my brothers order with scrambled eggs when he wanted eggs whites only. I requested no sour cream on my loaded potato, my mom even reminded her, but there was sour cream on it and it looked like they put more cheese to cover it up. 85-90% of it was cooked. I had to mash it up just for it to be tolerable. My bacon was cold and some of the food was missing.
Now, thirty minutes after the dropped toast neighboring table left, the table stood with the dishes for around 30-35 minutes. Another neighboring table left earlier than that and the dirty dishes are still there. And the server walked by those tables three times, looking at them, and goes back to the register to laugh and talk...

Review Response: This is how a company answers a review in a way that is worse than not answering at all. It is clear that whoever is responding did not read or investigate my experience in any way. The store was open, we arrived prior to it closing, staff was in the store cleaning up, staff was unwilling to serve us or offer to serve us because it was "close" to closing time. Please update your policy and posted hours to include the following: Open until 12AM, no orders or customers accepted into the store 30 mins prior. Or just change your closing time to 11:30. The doors were unlocked and the staff maintained the hours and were just unwilling to do anything other than close up and go home. Would it be acceptable if we showed up and the staff on hand just said they don't feel like taking our order at 5pm? Please do not patronize my review by pulling out a pandemic card about staffing and hours. You do control what you allow in your business and that is why I am posting a review so others will know also that if they care about service they will choose a different business. Read moreI have to change my review. I previously gave this location 5 stars, and we ate there almost weekly. After covid hit, this restaurant has not been the same. Before covid, it was a clean facility, friendly staff, and good variety of delicious food for good prices. Now, however, it's completely different staff and a completely different attitude. We've come more than a few times, hoping it was a fluke or bad day. Today we came on a weekday morning to see how it was not during the weekend breakfast rush. Despite it not being very busy, it took a long time to get our food (45 minutes after order), the waitress didn't even greet us, we were given 2 sets of silverware for 3 people, there was no sugar on the table, yet when my hot tea came I wasn't asked if I wanted sugar (and she didn't return to the table for 30 minutes), waitress tried to refill my hot tea with coffee, the grits were not fully cooked, when I asked about replacement grits, she said she'd see how long it would take but never told me, we didn't get a waffle we ordered (though it wasn't on the check, either), my fork had old food encrusted to it, the lock on the bathroom stall was coming off, and the bathroom trash can was broken so you had to touch the visibly dirty lid to throw paper towels away.
