I don't know how to write this review 🤔 Ok in short; DON'T waste your $200 for 10 months, low quality Violin renta at Art and Music store when you can buy a good quality Violin for $200 from George's Music in Springfield PA! ( This is not an advertisement, only a personal experience). I spent a little time searching and asking questions from both store associates! I had to dig deeper, but at last a no brainer decision to buy a brand new Violin that is truly yours for the same price and supporting a small business! Art and Music only has a display of higher priced violins! The school in the areas encourages to rent from this store! Do your search and make your own decision! I didn't mind drive a bit further! I have two daughters who rent instruments here, and our experience has been very positive. The store is very clean, neat, and organized with a tremendous inventory, backed by a massive inventory online. I am very confident in the unlikely event they are not stocking a desired item, the staff will order it for you.

Staff members--Jacob, the manager, and Michael--are consistently professional, extremely knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. They completely and expeditiously resolved the few small problems that arose over 1-1/2 years time.

When the time to purchase an instrument arises, I will certainly patronize Music & Arts, Wayne. Keep them in mind for all your musical instrument and music...

A general vibe of incompetence runs through this establishment: I took my daughter's ukulele here for repair. I paid more than the cost of the instrument for the repair because, they promised that it'd be fixed well with the "strongest glue there is". A couple months later, their repair didn't hold up and it broke in the same spot and the exact same way. When asked if they would fix it for me again since the repair didn't work the first time, they just said "no" and then tried to sell me a new $70 ukulele. Avoid.
