The Great Frame Up — Attraction in Radnor Township

I had gone there after having received a gift from someone who had framed a keepsake of mine at the Great Frame Up and I loved the artistry of the matte and the frame so much that I traveled :30m from my home in Germantown section of Philly to have a poster framed there.

The price was quite a bit higher than anticipated, and I told them my ideas but that I really was there to rely on their expertise and aesthetic to determine how the frame should look. I came back 2 weeks later and was disappointed with the results. I called and spoke with the owner and told him, and he said to bring it back in. The woman there listened to what I said was needed and then made a new recommendation which I was not sure would work, but went with it. The final outcome was very good and they did not charge me for the added labor. I think the Great Frame Up is a quality business although...

I had never gotten anything professionally framed before, and I can tell the difference. I brought an iPhone picture to the store and Jim, the owner, personally met me and worked on my picture to enlarge it 100X bigger and edit the photo so it did not look grainy. He chose the perfect background and frame to go with the photo, and the final result is breathtaking. The other employees are very kind and professional, and the small store gives off a feeling of wonder as you walk through the different completed and ongoing projects, providing endless possibilities for your piece.
