Attended the book sale today May 4 at this library. Very shocked by the behavior of one of the book sale organizer attendants - a very old, overweight man with gray hair and glasses approached me saying that I needed to stand back three feet from the book shelves while I was searching the Biography section so others would not have to reach around me. No one was even around me except him. And no other customers were performing such a ridiculous action. When I told this gentleman what he was saying for me to do made no sense. He ignored me, walked away and then spoke very loudly to another customer and said “this jerk is real rude”. Very unprofessional behavior towards a customer who spent $96 today supporting your library. Definitely will never be buying any books from Radnor Library again. Read moreI've consistently encountered unwelcoming behavior from Randor Township Library front desk staff. When seeking help; I'm met with Attitude, excessive conversation behind the desk, Judgmental reminders of past interactions with a disrespectful tone, overly serious record- keeping influencing current decisions.
