Really really really helped me out today. Took my wife and her grandmother in to get a battery replaced. Couldn't get it done today due to their watch guy not being in today. While chatting I told them about my me and my wife's ring which were my grandmothers and about 70 years old. We were made to feel very very special when we were told our diamonds were hand cut and beautiful. THEY EVEN CLEAN MY WIFES RING RIGHT THERE, NO CHARGE!!!!!

Anyway, my wife's grandma wanted to get it done today, so we ended up somewhere else. Long story short(ish), that somewhere else lost the back of this 50 year old watch.

I returned to Iconic wondering about a rough estimate and was put at ease immediately! They took the watch, placed it in a bag so no dirt or grime would get in the back, AND THEN put it in a jewelry box for safe keeping.

The other place then found the watch back and I WENT BACK to Iconic for the third time and was put even more at ease by finally letting them handle the watch battery replacement. I don't even have the watch back yet and I'm already willing to give 5 stars for the sheer level of customer service and quality people I found today.
