I went to this bank and was kind of scared that someone would rob it, and not because of anything the bank was doing, simply because that's what happens to all the protagonists in the tv shows and such. And of course, I'm the protagonist of my own life story. So anyways, I went into this bank and then I talked to the lady. Or was it a man? I actually don't remember it was like two years ago. Anywho! I talked to (s)he and then (s)he had me sign something with this pen. This pen! This pen was literally the smoothest writing pen i have ever beheld in my sprite and previously deprived hand. The voluptuous contours fit the grip of my hand so perfectly that i want to be buried holding this pen. And don't even get me started on the gliding of the ball pointedness of this beautiful being. It was so motherflipping smooth that the pen laid the ink on the page while my hand held on for dear life to prove that it was worthy of such magnificent majesty.
So after I had signed what i had signed (all the while expecting men in black ski masks to come barging in demanding my money and for me to "GET DOWN!" and "SHUT UP!") and i got up to leave. Hold on this is where it gets interesting.
I LEFT THE PEN ON THE DESK.
Folks, if you ever see that pen wondering down the street or standing on a busy street corner, tell him I called and that my hand craves to ride on his glorious writing adventure.
I'll tell you, that pen 10/10, would...
Read moreBy far the worst banking institution I have ever had to deal with in my life. I had an issue with a scamming company charging money from my account, which I then resolved and ended up getting a refund for the money after having to explain my situation over and over and even then it felt like they did not even want to give me my money back. After I have gotten my money back as a "Provisional Credit" I have since gotten a "Provisional Credit Reversal" charge which conveniently charges the money I got paid back again out of my account when my balance is near zero so they can charge me extra overdraft fees. I then had to call and explain the situation to them and ended up getting the money back, but then the same amount for the "provisional credit" got charged again 5 more times over the course of 9 months. With constant overdraft fees and having to argue with incompetent customer service representatives to simply get my money back every time something likes this happens, even when I know I have enough available balance, I will never go to this swindling, con artist, scam factory they call a...
Read moreTwo stars for the polite new employees, just starting out wanting to make a good impression. This review is not a reflection on them, they did the best they could within their confines. While looking for a better bank, we decided to give PNC a try and moved our money to this bank from one across the street, where we were tired of the predatory practices, next to no interest on savings and the ever changing rules on accounts. We tried PNC to find out it's no better. We also noticed that after a 3 month period they started to deduct a $10,00 per month service fee. For those needing to call in, good luck being able to speak to a human being, if able to speak to a human, you will probably be transferred at least twice before speaking to anyone with the authority and information to do anything. Be prepared to spend at least 25 minutes on the phone. If you get tired of the shenanigans, service fees etc, and go in to close your account in person make sure you make an appointment.... : / If we find a decent local bank we'll...
