Don't move here. The maintenance staff is the only good thing. Management turnover is ridiculous. Every time you go to the office there's a completely new set of people working there. Rent goes up every year and quality of services and community decreases. Parking is a problem. Some people have multiple cars and multiple guests in multiple cars daily taking up spaces. Management knows this is a problem but they still won't institute assigned parking. Speaking of management, if the weather is bad the office is closed. None of them live on premises. When they are open the days and hours of operation changes every couple of months.

Kids just roam everywhere screaming, cussing, and loitering. Want to enjoy the sun and open your blinds? If you have a problem with kids on your patio looking dead at you then good luck with that. The playscape is covered in graffiti and has been broken for months.

Pitbulls are banned from the premises for insurance reasons but there are at least six living here and none of their owners can be bothered to leash them then get mad if you mace or hit the dog when it runs up on you off leash. The dog park is sad. The fencing is connected to the poles in spots. The land is uneven, full of holes and sweet gum seed pods. There's no grass and plenty of tree roots to trip over if you're not paying attention.

They rent to any uncouth ghetto garbage and trailer trash that can make first month's rent. Lots of evictions and tenants moving out in the middle...

I would give this place zero stars if I could, the rent is overpriced for unrenovated units and the staff is rude and unprofessional when you call with a concern, when your lease is ending they will try to trick you into staying over a year by increasing the rent over $100 to do a 12 month lease but only $25 if you do 18 months or 2 year lease. When we moved out no one came to conduct a check and we did not hear anything from them until two weeks later when they sent a letter of damages charging for new carpet but could not show proof that it was unrepairable. Rather you have to pay a deposit at move in or NOT they will ensure you have to owe them so be aware! The parking is ridiculous there is nowhere for guest to park or even the person renting so you always have to walk far from your vehicle. The walls are very thin and kids are all over the place hanging behind units and in the street. They have bug problems as well and never send anyone to spray and when you request it they man will spray in two areas and leave. After almost 7 years at this townhouse community, I am still having unresolved parking issues amongst other things. I have reached out to office management multiple times recently and over the years and still nothing is being addressed. Office management feedback is everyone can park where they want. New tenants move in with multiple cars and they and their guests park wherever they want and disregard the parking space of tenants who have been here awhile. Also I requested the carpet be removed on the 1st floor as it is hard to clean and who knows how long it has been in here before I arrived. My request was denied. I was told I had to wait until renewal time comes up again when I just renewed a 18 month lease. Additionally I requested my front door be painted and that has not happened either. Three requests in the past 3 months and all denied or unresolved. The only thing this place is concerned about is receiving the rent NOT the actual tenants who call this place home.
