Big Cheese Pizza Raleigh — Restaurant in Raleigh

I order a pizza on yesterday evening and when I arrived home I looked at the pizza and it was very unsatisfactory. It was made incorrectly I ordered a pepperoni pizza with cheese and when I got home it was poorly made with only 2 pepperoni on each slice unbelievable because I’ve never had this problem at all. I called the next day today to just let the owner know I was not evening wanting compensation, only wanted the owner to know that It was unsatisfactory and I thought he should know. I was told by one of the staff the three where very busy and the manager can’t come to phone and that all there pizza are made the same and they have more then two pepperoni on them as if I was not truthful on top of this he refuse to come to phone I was on hold for 20 mins. This is our go to restaurant for pizza… Pa Pa John’s 🤮, Pizza Hut 🤮 🤮 We have been a customer to this place since the Iranian couple owned this place… We have learned to get a fresh pizza everytime is to spend a little bit more, so we always order a stuff crust pizza so by the time we get there it’s always hot and fresh… Yes the girl who works the counter can be a bit harsh, if you treat her with respect she always comes through and has fixed any issues that you may have… Keep up the good work will be ordering a couple of pies tomorrow night, since we have family moving to the area and will need some pizza and beer tomorrow night after a day of unpacking the U-Haul… the only complaint that I have is normally we order pizza from there 1-2 times a month wish they were on the upside app so I could get some...

The owner is rude and disrespectful. I’ve lived in this area and eaten here my whole life(15+ years) . He’s clearly a new owner and after I made a comment to the cashier about how the online prices do not match their store, the owner (which I didn’t know was behind me) proceeded to walk up raise his voice and start telling me how online doesn’t matter and that these are his prices and how he’s the owner which was all fine with me because I didn’t go in expecting or asking for a price match but just letting them know they should contact the company because they’re falsely advertising. Even once I stopped talking he proceeded to keep walking up to me yelling. Maybe he should own another franchise outside of one involving customer service cause that was completely uncalled for.
