Bojangles — Restaurant in Raleigh

So let's talk about my experience at Bojangles in Clayton North Carolina too many people at the window so I went there I'll be getting off of work in the morning pull up one Bojangles worker standing on the outside with the little device in his hand ask me what was the heaven okay I told you what I was getting he told me what the price was okay no I drive around to the window to pay for my order and I noticed two although Bojangles workers was standing outside the window a Bojangles there was a car in front of me that have arrived to the window before me so one of the Bojangles worker took a bag to the car he handed it to the person that was in the car that person took the bag open it up look inside or what not notice that it was not their aura so digging it back to the old Jingles worker then he took the bag and the drink and walked it back to the window retrieve the right bag and handed it to the car it was in front of me at the window so that car pulled off no it's my turn so what did I do because of this academic going on with this virus I just kept right on driving is if I did not order anything I was not going to take a chance the person in front of me heaven a virus touch my bag for the Bojangles worker to hand it to me no thank you very much for allowing me to express my experience with Bojangles in Clayton...

Had my Bojangles fix!!! I love how everyone is cheerful and helpful. Every time we visit we are greeted by a staff member who welcomes us verbally and opens the door. The ordering process is as good as it always is however during COVID-19, they really have raised the bar! Every worker I saw wore a mask, (the proper way) and food handlers had gloves! When you sit down at your table there is a sign on the table that assures your table has been sanitized! A staff member comes straight to the table and welcomes you as they exchange the sign to a "needs to be cleaned" sign! When you would like condiments or a refill, no worries!! The staff will take care of that for you!! Just sit down and relax!! When you are ready to leave, just put your mask on and make your way to the door which is opened for you!! You are truly welcome at Bojangles!!! And you are sincerely appreciated when you leave. This is the best service, and the best place to feel safe in these times of trouble😊. There's two different Bojangles at this location. 5 stars for morning Bojangles. They are quick, efficient, and have never messed up an order for me.

A few weeks ago I went there for dinner for the first time and it was completely different. I wound up leaving without my meal after waiting 30 minutes for my side. During that 30 minutes no one said anything to me while I stood there until I finally asked. A very nice manager came over and apologized, and told the kitchen two separate times to get my side and 10 minutes later they still hadn't. I finally gave up and asked for a refund for the side because I'd take the rest that was ready, and the nice manager wound up refunding the whole meal, which I greatly appreciated.

Thinking this was a one off, I went back another time for dinner, and everything in my order came out wrong, and it took over 15 minutes to fix it, with no one bothering to update me. Neither of these dinner times were busy AT ALL.

I will keep going to this location but only...
