I appreciate Sorrel Robinson's enthusiastic review but try getting to this location anywhere near 11:30 pm. Most times you wait in the drive thru only to be told due to a large number of orders they can't take any more orders or the restaurant is dark and everyone has packed up to go. I made the mistake of placing a mobile order one weekend after work and rushing super hungry to this location. It was 11:15 pm (at least 15 minutes before the drive thru closing time) when I got there and I was forced to cancel my order as the location was closed at that point; all the lights were off and employees were getting into their vehicles to go home and said "maybe you will get your money back" when I confronted and asked them about my order before they could get in their vehicles. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go next door for late night. The crew at this location don't honor the stated hours. If you all need to go home early then Taco Bell should change the drive thru hours to end at 10:30 or 11 pm or stop taking mobile orders for your location after a certain time to avoid this kind of situation. The food is fine, nothing to celebrate over but the handling of late orders and leading people on with the drive thru closing time isn't right. Update your hours at this location, Taco Bell. Whatever you have going on isn't working and your employees have a pattern that includes closing this...
Read moreHey folks. If you are considering going to taco bell, as one sometimes does, I cannot possibly condemn this location more. You might think I had one bad experience here and now I am writing a poor review. Not true! I frequent this taco bell, in fact at one point I was going twice a week and let me tell you, it sucks. Today was the straw I could not bear. I was hungry as hell and ordered a cravings box with a cheesy Gordita crunch, a beef burrito, and fiesta potatoes, as well as a soft potato taco. I RECEIVED a cheesy gordita crunch with the stalest shell I have ever witnessed, fiesta potatoes, and a potato taco that contained three potatoes. A number so specific you might think it was counted out. This is not a singular experience with this taco bell. I would estimate that an average of 50% of my order is wrong or missing about 100% of the time. No other restaurant in the history of food service gets away with inconsistency like this. Imagine you went to Bojangles, ordered a four piece supreme, and received three fries, two Supremes, and a McDonalds toy. This unfathomable outcome is a Tuesday afternoon for taco bell, except don't expect your toy, they will forget that too. I implore you to seek your fix somewhere else as you might actually receive what you ordered and it won't be as empty as the promise this taco...
