On the weekends they kinda busy however when I come to a bar and try to pay and actually put the card in the book to pay and I’m sitting a extra 30 minutes trying to flag down the workers to cash me out because they done already brung me the check and they acting like they to busy that’s your lost I’m definitely leaving !!! They waited till I came back to the restaurant 2 weeks later to give me a bill for 2 unpaid drinks like I up and left no I sat there for 30 extra minutes trying to pay be more ATTENTIVE! cause I’m never waiting 30 min to pay and I will walk out however don’t make it seem like It was my fault the tab didn’t get paid cause clearly it was your workers and they walk past enough and want that busy to cash out ! Ima stick to the one on Hillsborough st because why are y’all charging $15 for a lemon drop anyway I didn’t like the service and the prices for them cheap drinks is a bit much lemon drops $10 at the other one $15 is greedy but next time when someone is ready to pay don’t have them waiting over 20 minutes check your workers I paid it but it could’ve and would’ve got paid when the bill was PRINTED if the workers didn’t have me sitting 30 minutes yea im not one of them baby I will leave !!!! don’t come asking me about nothing over 2 weeks ago that situation could’ve went left but I paid it to keep the peace DO BETTER!!!! Next time I have to wait over 30 min again to pay guess what I’m leaving again and the next time idgaf if the bill was 3 days old I’m not paying it don’t have nobody sitting that long !!!!!!!
Update went back today 2/22/24 and when I got there everybody was acting slow lol I was wondering why but based on the review I left I was told they was not gonna serve me and that’s sad reviews are for you to do better !!!! Not get attitudes at the customers about leaving honest ones on top of that why y’all mad about a bill I paid lol childish but anyways they made more than one crafty crab when they made this one y’all are miserable and ya drinks overpriced so no hard feelings lmao would not...
Read moreCUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service was horrible. Reservations were made yet our party of 25 did not feel welcomed at all. When it was time to be seated, the host did not communicate clearly regarding the seating arrangement. She presented as if we were an inconvenience. She simply walked in front of us, stopped, and walked away. We literally had to stop and ask where we were supposed to sit. We then waited at least 20 minutes before a waitress was assigned to take our orders for our drinks. There was only one waitress assigned to our section. She did a good job based on what was assigned to her to serve over 20 people.
FOOD: The food was ok. I experienced some digestive issues which indicated a lack of fresh food and unhygienic practices on the restaurants part. Several orders were wrong and management did not introduce themselves to correct any issues. Instead they sent the rude hostess to say that they couldn't recompensate for any of the inconveniences. Portion sizes were extremely small in comparison to the prices charged. If it weren't a birthday gathering, I would've canceled my order and went elsewhere as their lack of hospitality, lack of customer service, and emphasis on a huge profit at the expense of inhospitable behaviors and rigid stipulations has convinced me to never return to the establishment.
I've also advised others to not patronize the business as it would be a waste of hard earned money.

When it’s written something else on the coupon and when I told her that she started talking about military discount which has nothing to do with us, so they forcedly charge you for 18% gratitude’s per table but when it comes to discount only for one check??????
