I’m giving this company one star solely to leave this review. I strongly urge anyone in the market for a washer or dryer to avoid doing business with them. My husband and I recently purchased our first home. Just eight days after moving in, the washer we bought from this company flooded the upper level of our house, causing significant water damage that seeped through the floors and into the ceiling of our garage. As shown in the attached photos, we are now facing expensive repairs, ones that are a direct result of this company’s negligence. From the start, the experience was unacceptable. The washer arrived in unsanitary condition, with visible dirt, dog fur, and water still inside the drum. I spent time wiping it out and trying to clean it before we could even consider running a load. The delivery process was just as careless. The employee dropped off the appliances in the middle of our driveway once he learned the appliances needed to go on the second level of our home. He said I would need to find someone to provide help. He left to complete a different job, leaving the appliances in the driveway. I should also mention, it was about to rain. I recruited a friend to help me move them into the garage until he came back so that they would not get water damage from the rain. When the flooding occurred, we contacted the company immediately the next morning. They did not arrive until after 5:00 PM and made no acknowledgment of the damage their machine had caused. For over an hour, they insisted the washer wasn’t the issue. After dismantling it completely, they eventually concluded that the problem did originate from within the machine. In my view, any refurbished appliance should undergo thorough inspection and testing before being delivered to a customer’s home, something that clearly did not happen here. What’s worse is the lack of professionalism throughout the interaction. The technician lied multiple times, including claiming he had run a full cycle during installation. I was present and watched him briefly start the washer to show water came out, then immediately stop it and tell me we were good to go. The level of disrespect shown to me, my husband, and my mother-in-law during the entire exchange was absolutely unacceptable. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, both due to the damage caused and the company’s complete failure to take responsibility. I would not recommend this business under any circumstances. Choose a company that stands behind its products and treats customers with integrity. This review reflects my honest experience and my personal opinion.

Following the incident, my son and daughter-in-law requested that I come to town to help them through this mess. My DIL said it was still holding water, pet hair, and debris so she suspects it had clearly not been properly cleaned or inspected. The day after the flooding, they contacted the company first thing in the morning. They didn’t show up until well after 5 PM. Not once did they acknowledge the damage their washer had caused. Instead, the person argued for over an hour, refusing to take responsibility until finally admitting the issue came from the machine. That admission came only after fully dismantling it and allowing the floors to be covered in water… again. Throughout the visit, I was treated with disrespect. The technician was dismissive, dishonest, and clearly hoped we’d back down. He even lied and claimed he had run a full test cycle at installation. My DIL was standing there when he flipped it on for just a few seconds and called it good the day he installed it. This entire ordeal has been unacceptable. As someone who came to support her family through this mess, I was appalled by how we were all treated. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Find someone who actually values the people they sell to. This is my son and daughter-in-laws experience, as well as, mine. This review is my opinion.

STAY AWAY! This company was notified immediately, when the tech came out to look at the issue, he was disrespectful and first denied that the washer was the problem. He finally admitted, after an hour arguing and watching water come out of the front of the washer, that the washer had caused the flooding. When my son-in-law called the business after the tech left, he was not offered a refund and/or any monies to help repair the damage to the house. A company should stand behind their product and offer a refund. Also, when their product, on the first day of use, causes damage they should at least offer to pay something towards the damage. STAY AWAY! I would not want anyone else to have to go through what our daughter and son-in-law are going through now. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere that will stand behind their product! **This is based on my experience.

I started talking to the gentleman yesterday. This morning I texted my info like he asked, so he could put order in, then would call me with delivery time and take my payment. Now at this time, he could have told me delivery eould be 50.00, but he didn't. Itold him I didn't have to come down and pick it out, that he could pick one for me, and he was fine with that. He texted back to confirm he got my info. I hadn't heard anything and it was 1:00pm, so I texted and got no response. I then called a little after 2, and he answered the phone and was talking to me and someone else at Same time. I had to remind him of everything, then he tells me ok, so it doesn't matter what it looks like and it's 50 delivery fee. I told him his ad states free delivery, he wanted to argue that, that was for sets only and when I told him it didn't mention sets, he wanted me to find it and send to him, then we would talk about getting one delivered. I informed him this should have been said yesterday, that I passed up a lot of good ones that were cheap, because he delivered for free. I quickly found the ad on Marketplace and sent him screenshots, and asked if he would call me to tell me when it would be delivered...Well, no surprise he hasn't called back, and has now lost a sale. I will also make it my mission to make sure everyone is informed before they buy from him or his two stores. I found one that cost me 82.00 and it will be delivered Free. it was better to learn they are shady before buying and needing to use their warranties. I also had a newer washer that only needed the latch fixed to give them...It truly is there loss, and my gain....
