We found their mattresses to be pretty affordable and purchased a new one from here. However, if professionalism is important to you, I would advise you to go elsewhere. The “sales” lady clearly has no sales experience. She has a nonchalant attitude and was not very knowledgeable. Once we paid for our mattress, we were informed that we would be called within 1 1/2 weeks regarding the delivery and to pay the $50 delivery fee to the deliverers at the time of service. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I had to call literally 7 times on a Saturday before I could speak with someone. The same “sales” lady finally answered and said she called me on Monday. As I look back in my phone, I did have a missed call from a Wake Forest number, while at work, but she did not even bother to leave a message so I had no idea who was calling me. We finally get the delivery scheduled. The day of the delivery, I was told they would be here between 5pm and 6pm. Something told me to call to the morning of to confirm delivery and that’s when I find out about their “new” policy that just so happen to have started that very same day. The new policy requires payment prior to the delivery. So I stopped what I was doing in the middle of the day to go and pay the delivery fee so I could ensure my mattress was delivered the day they promised it. Once I paid the delivery fee, I asked for a receipt of payment. The “sales” lady asked me if I still had the original receipt as if that should suffice. I said yes, but that receipt does not reflect the payment I just made with you today for the delivery fee. She seemed confused but gave me an updated payment receipt. So now, I’m at home waiting for the delivery. No one calls or shows up between 5pm and 6pm as promised. I call and find out they’re stuck in traffic and running an hour and a half behind. They finally get here and honestly, the delivery drivers were the easiest to communicate with and most helpful compared to dealing with the “sales” lady. All in all, I would recommend them if you need a cheap bed but I value convenience and professionalism so I will not...

You have found a gem of a furniture store, don't let the outside fool you. This store has the best customer service and inventory out of anything around! Kenia listened to every question we asked and even helped us find some furniture options from the catalog that were variations of what we liked. Delivery and installation were so affordable and convenient. Not only that but the owner of the store came himself and even installed a whole dining room wet we already owned. I was in the process of building it myself when they arrived and he volunteered. They were fast and very kind. Overall the prices were super fair and we enjoyed the entire experience.
