I've been going to Ecovate since I first found their original shop downtown Raleigh. Really glad to see them expand! These people are the absolute best: friendly, incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. When they don't know something, they find out who does. It's great to walk into a shop and have the staff know what I'm interested in before I say anything. Oh, and they carry a wide selection of filament, printers, and parts. Always solid advice.
I had a bad extruder clog today and Noah showed me how to pull out the sensor to clear it. The Bambu site didn't explain that! And verified the fix on one of their own printers. Now I'm up and running again.
Oh, and they have meetups one Saturday a month. That always brings in interesting people to learn from and bounce ideas off of. What a great thing to have a 3D printer...
