Very disappointed in "the manager" Bethany's customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. I spent 300$ today alone, and was very tempted to just leave my cart full and walk out the door at checkout and never return. 1 set of curtains I purchased-which I found jumbled in the bottom of clutter in the curtain aisle that was covered in dirt stains and did not have any packaging or tags. I was able to find another that was the identical set that had tags and packing intact. I presented them to the front and asked the cashier to just ring them both up (did not ask for any reduction in price for it not having any packing or the fact it was covered in dirt). However there was a glass sculpture that my husband liked that was $19.99. It was the only one in the store that he like above all the rest and it happened to also be the only one with a chip, and a scratch across the glass and the bottom stand detached-unlike all the others in the store that did not have scratches or detach from the stand (believe me I checked them all). I asked the manager at the checkout if she would be willing to discount the item slightly and my request was quickly rejected with a dismissive attitude. So obviously I didn't purchase the sculpture and I will just go to the At Home store who sells them as well. Will be taking my business to At Home and won't be back...

I will never come back to this store! I have severe allergies to dogs! So I was dumbfounded when I saw one walking around on a leash (not the harness required for service animals). I found an associate and asked for them to leave. The female walking her dog turned and said F yourself..... I ignored her and went to speak with the manager. While I was waiting the female passed by me several times with her cell phone in my face??

While the store associate and the manager were both very polite respectful and seem to be genuinely concerned with the situation , they also both shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. The law clearly states that only AKC registered service animals are protected by law. Therapy dogs, companion dogs, puppies on a leash just because they’re cute are not allowed in public spaces. This is a huge concern for me where there is food and things like towels and sheets and blankets which the dander can get on and stay on long after the customer is gone. This is a health hazard and should not...

I’ve visited several times. This is a very disrespectful customer service staff and highly micro aggressive towards people or color and especially black customers.

They get a lot of merchandise but do not have sense to make walkways safe enough for people to navigate the store… the organization is cute until you realize you’re bumping into it all fragile pieces. They intentionally take up your time at the register if you ask for a mark down. The mark downs are always a damaged item but the store will argue with you and gaslight you saying the item “comes like that”…disregarding visible damage.

Back to customer service —they need training! Yesterday I watched a lady who had just checked out hauling a whole bunch of heavy fragile pieces—no staff offered to help her. I noticed a $150 glass lamp she had slipping out but…my hands were full too so By the time I ran over, her item fell and busted before she could even get out the door. Only person the black lady by the door and other black customers came...
