When I tell yâall that I AM PARTICULAR about my nails!! I am so SERIOUS!! I chose, TOP NAILS through a Google search and had one of those âPlease be PERFECT!â moments at 11:00am. When I tell you Top NAILS was Theeee PERFECT ALL STOP SHOP!!! I called in advance, of course because of COVID, and these ladies were READY TO SERVE!! I started with a toe polish change, and ended up upgrading to a pedicure. I am so glad that I did because the foot massage that Abby gave me was AMAZING! For all hardworking mothers out there, this will change your World! I then requested for eyebrow waxing, and lashes. Let me tell you, I donât let annnyone do my eyebrows nor my lashes, but Kim honey SLAYED THEM! NO COMPLAINTS!! NONE. Mind you I havenât even started on my nails yet. My nails were the ICING on the cake! Every detail that I wanted was delivered to PERFECTION! My main request at any US nail shop is to please shape my nail perfectly! Grace gave me TOP NAIL QUALITY!! The best part for me was the COVID SAFETY MEASURES that this business had in place. I felt so protected, safe, and cared for every step of the way. If you want a Great Nail Experience, TOP NAILS IS IT!!
Stay safe out...
Read moreProfessional-looking establishment, but mediocre service. I have gone to several nail salons, and by far this was the worst that I've visited as far as quality of work. There were 5 technicians and only one customer when I arrived. I'm guessing that this is possibly because of location. I only wanted a Gel Polish, but was up-sold a manicure as well. It's nothing wrong with that, because many other businesses in sales do the same thing. My issue was when the technician started cutting my cuticles, she began to cut my skin also. I warned her that it was hurting and that she was cutting my skin. She said that she was sorry and kept on going. She "tried" not continue to cut me, but to no avail. Needless to say, that when she finished, she wiped my fingertips with what I'm assuming was alcohol and it stung like you could imagine. Another technician painted my nails. She rushed through it. When it was all said and done there was polish on the skin around my nails and one of the nails had polish already smudging and peeling. I pointed this out and she acted as if it were my fault and said, "Let me fix," but with an attitude. Terrible customer service. I won't be visiting...

I was there with a friend for 2.5 hours and 3 people were going back and forth with my nails bc they were short staffed. I understood since it was Motherâs Day. I paid $85 and my nails looked horrible. I went to Mexico on 5/15 for a wedding and my nails were lifting bc they painted over my cuticles. With every hair flip, my nails would pull hair out. I came back yesterday and went straight to my usual nail salon and it took them 1 hour to soak off my nails bc it was so thick and my real nails were all sorts of shapes. They werenât square anymore so I had to get them oval shaped. The Dip powder only made it look like they were square shaped. The only thing they got right was the color I needed as a bridesmaid - even with that, the lady didnât want to put chrome my nails bc she thought it wasnât going to look good. I insisted with the chrome and then she ended up loving the color. I will never come back here and the place smelled so badâŚand it was not a smell...
