This was my 1st experience @ this store N it was simply put amazing Ms Marisala acknowledged me immediately upon entering eventhough she was working with someone N continued let others know she would be available shortly. She made sure all my questions were answer some B4 I needed 2 ask she went above N beyond 4 ne 2day N it turned out 2 B a true blessing. Though I didn't meet the owner circumstances cause her 2 call him several times N he 2 remained kind N understanding. My items were dilervered same day as promised by 2 of the most kind N respectful men. I haven't had such all around fantastic service in awhile N I will definitely B returning 2 this store So for Ur future furniture needs stop Kfurniture were they truly have service with a smile 😃

DO NOT GO HERE! I was told I could receive a partial refund over the phone and then the story changed over the course of 3 days! Do not work with Frank! He is a liar and very manipulative! He’ll do whatever to get a sale ! He’s rude and told me he doesn’t no anything! He said the manager was busy and then I came in and he said the manager was busy again and then he lied and said he was gone. He told me I could get a refund over the phone and then the system was down and that I could then come pick up a check his manager would write and she would be there the next day. I come in and no check. I call back and he says I can’t give you the money and now the manager is a man .. complete...
