Poor customer service. I was asked upon entering the store, "What brings you here?", which was a weird greeting. Then after browsing for 10 minutes, I tried on a jacket. Their associate approached me saying due to COVID trying on clothes wasn't allowed. She rushed away to get a pair of gloves. She put on the gloves and took the merchandise due to their COVID protocols. She assumed I didn't want the item, never asked if I intended to buy it. She was so focused on the precautions and not the actual sale. I had two other items I planned to purchase as well, but I was frustrated and left without anything. The associate was not rude, but she was too considered about preparing the jacket to be returned to the floor and not the sale. This was my first shopping experience since NC has lifted some COVID restrictions and this experience did not meet my needs or expectations. Put some signs up about your COVID rules. No one wants to be called out or embarrassed...
