Jerk Man Island Cuisine — Restaurant in Raleigh

After placing my order, I only received 1/2 of what I paid for and had to go back. The jerk sandwich was evidently supposed to come with sauce but only the missing one that i had to go back for included the jerk sauce. The food was meeh.... Could have saved my 30$ and cooked at home. Honestly, I'm not Jamaican but I'm 100% sure my Jerk is better than theirs. Save yourself time and money and go...

Mac and cheese was really good. Yams not so much it taste like they put the entire container of cinnamon in it, was unbearable the yams were not cooked all the way some pieces had hard big chunks. The Jerk chicken flavor was ok, but was not tender. I’m not sure what sauce they give you on the side for the jerk chicken, but that taste like dirty water with spices mixed in not a great...

These people are super rude. I called to see what time they close and they answered. She said give me one minute let me check and hang up the phone. I called again. She did the same thing. I decided to call again. Maybe it was a connection thing. She said give me one second put me on hold and left me there for a good 10 minutes...
