3 friends and I dined here for dinner this evening 8/16/17 at 630. We were seated immediately and our server was prompt with his greeting. His name was Fernando G. not that he introduced himself but good thing they're forced to wear name tags. He barely looked at us upon his arrival and before we could finish ordering our beverages he turned to walk away even though we wanted to order appetizers. I got his attention and ordered our 3 appetizers. When we were ready to order entrees he had a dismissive attitude and rushed us through our order. Before he walked away we politely asked for more chips to go with our salsa and cheese dip and when he brought them over he literally dropped the new bowl into the old bowl and spilled chips all over the table then proceeded to walk away rolling his eyes. The food came out and tasted great. 2 of us were not even halfway done with our entrees or margaritas but he still dropped off our check. He never asked how our food was and didn't even offer dessert. I asked a group nearby what type of service he was giving them and they were very dissatisfied as well. We paid for our dinner then asked to speak with a manager. Not a shocker that the manager didn't even care about this unacceptable experience provided by his staff. We didn't want anything free, only good service and an enjoyable night out with friends. All of us work in the restaurant industry, 3 as servers and 1 as a catering manager. I have served tables for over ten years now and so I still left an 18% cash tip on my $30 bill along with a little note informing him that he missed out on his blessing. This place was definitely a bad choice and I will make sure everyone I know (all great tippers) to spread the word about this location. ย ย ย Read moreIโm writing this review with disappointment. This is a place that I usually come to quite a bit. On Friday my friend visited the restaurant for pickup food for us. He drove over 20mins to get here. When he got home, he noticed the cheese was missing and that was one of the main reasons he got that specific order. I called back an spoke with Jose explaining the issue and was advised to come back in and he will take care of it. We were too far away to come back that night but my friend told him he could bring the food back the next day due to him not eating it since the order was incorrect. Jose said โdonโt worry about and to come back in when he get a chance. I came back in today to sit down and eat myself, I advised the waitress about the problem and told him to speak with Jose. The waitress said the manager was not in but it was his brother. I said ok and I spoke with the brother explaining the issue and he called Jose and I guess he verified it with him. I waited for the order and the waitress come back with some cheese. He said the brother said I would have to pay for the order, which was not a problem but that was not what I was initially told on Friday over the phone by Jose, due to the order was Incorrect. The customer service that was provided today was unacceptable. Also, I had waited for my food for about 25mins before this. Just saying this to say I will not be back to visit the restaurant again. Based on how they handled it, it appears that they thought we wanted a free meal, which was not the case. I will make sure to let my family and friends know not to visit this location, so they want have to experience the same type of treatment that I had...
ย ย ย Read moreWe've come to this restauraunt several times and the last time we came before tonight, the only issue we'd had is that our order was mixed up and I got the wrong meal. Tonight, we took our friends and 3 month old baby to the restaurant because we love the food. Our waiter mixed up our drinks (there were only four) and our two friends received the wrong burritos. Even though that mistake was corrected, we all sat for forty minutes waiting for our waiter to come back so we could order dessert .The waiter never came back, even though the baby was very fussy and we were all obviously looking around for our server. The manager walked by our table three times and never offered to help .The server eventually brought our checks after we gave up on dessert and charged our friends for the wrong burritos. He did not seem willing to correct the mistake when we pointed it out at all. He did take it to his manager and gave us 20% off, but we had to wait an additional fifteen minutes for our payments to be processed. They were not even busy. When I paid and spoke to the manager about the experience, he said he would give us 20%off. When I said that we were not looking for anything free and that I did not think we would come back, he gave me a nasty look and blandly said "sorry you're upset".
