I will not be back to Blue Flame again. Not the Blue Flame auto of the past. I went to Black Flame because my car was making a noise on the right side. I paid $22 dollars only to be told two things that it maybe. I paid so that i could get estimate to fix the noise. I was goven two estimates. One was to replace a control arms. One was for the replacement of a the stabilizer bar. I knew i needs a couple of my tire sensors replaced. And i had one light on with those but that was really all. I take pretty good care of my car. The work in total was $1135 and this was supposed to fix my problem. I returned to get my car and i was making payment when i realized i had gotten an incorrect amount. This was in the addition to my going over the estimates before the work was do, because of the two estimates they included an alignment with each. I was told i would be called when the car was ready, which i wasnt i had to call. Upon my picking up my car I backed my car up and it was hesitanting. Which that had never happened before. I was thinking maybe its because i had on the ac but when i turned it off it still did the same thing as well as the noise i was supposed to be getting repaired. I went in to get the lady at the service desk so she could see what i was speaking of. After she confirmed the hesitant engine movement she informed me that the person that fixed my car went home with covid. And that i would have to return when he was there. I started to leave again and the car was acting as if it were choking, and the car stabilizer light was showing. I went back and i was told some sort of air chamber was unscrewed. I asked if the work i had gotten required anyone to look or work under my hood? I was told it didnt. So i wanted to know how was the air thing undone in the top of the engine? She told me i would have to talk to the person when he returned. Also the tech that did the alignment said the car was acting that way when he took it back to do the alignment. The alignment came after the parts for the repair. I was highly upset. They screwed the air thing back for me and the cars hesitation went away but the stabilizer light was still on. It didnt sit right with me that i would have to wait 5 days for the person to come back so i went to the Secretary of States website to look up the owner become the people in the shop were very unapologetic. They acted as if there was nothing they could do. I got to work calling the owners accountant because his address and phone number was listed. He was the registered agent. I found out that a woman owned the shop now because the previous owner passed away. I was able to talk to the manager which i should have been able to do that day because i saw him but didnt know he was the manager. I spoke with him and told him abput the lights showing in my car. Basically that there was one light on when i dropped it off and now i had two more. He told me to bring it down and he would look at it himself. I did and he said he would check it out. I asked that he call me when he put the car on the lifter so that i could see the new parts because at this point i didnt think that had done anything. I saw him take it out for a drive and i guess he came back and looked at a few things himself. He didnt call me as i asked because there wasnt anyway i was leaving with my car still in their repair shop. He told me the repair guy had did everything correct and that he reprogrammed the codes and that all the lights were off. The lights did stay off but after a while the tire sensors did return. I expected that but the others went off, so if the other lights went off why did they not come back on and if everything was done correct why would the lights have been on anyway? I paid all that money to still have the same problem and to have to leave work early to take my job back. Oh and when I got in my car the first time my seat and stirring wheel was adjusted very low. They have no heat and itās colder inside of the Building then it is outside. My bill came to $215 was the price I was quoted. I gave the woman the cash. I thought I had to 220 which I took out of the bank however I didnāt have that Amount of cash on me when I went to pay. I informed the cashier that I will pay her the balance on my debit card and she told me $50 Which I paid. I was walking To get into my vehicle and realized I hadnāt got my receipt So I I went to the cashier and asked for my receipt Proceeds to tell me I owe her 30 more dollars she miscounted!!?? After much drama, I said Iāll pay for it however, Iāll never return. The owner came out and insulted Me and it didnāt end well. They found another issue that would lead to other issues, so they suggested that I go ahead and take care of the issue now before it causes more problems. I really appreciate the way the employees were very patient and helpful with explaining what was going on and what it was going to take to get the services taken of efficiently. I especially want the thank the young man who actually worked on my car! It was hot and he was busy all day, but he stuck in it and worked on every car that he was assigned to!! Thank You Sir! And to the ladies who were taking down everyone's information so that the whole operation would run smoothly. I always come here anyway because I love the environment and the employees at the customer service desk they make you feel welcome!! THANK YOU BLUE...
