UPDATE (1/21/2025): Tom was so kind and offered to redo my friend’s nails for free. They are perfect and beautiful! They were so apologetic and also gave us a free gift. They told us this was a new person and not their normal. We plan to go back in the future. OLD POST (1/20/25) my friend and I both went to get our nails done here. pros: clean salon. autoclaved, and individually wrapped tools. friendly staff. cons: uneven filing, lumpy gel manicure, inability to do a simple design, took 1.5-2 hours for simple gel manicure my friend got a simple gel manicure. The manicurist aggressively repositioned her hand 5-10 times throughout the appointment. her gel manicure was lumpy and uneven on at least 3 nails. the shaping of the nails was not consistent or even. It took almost 2 hours for this simple gel manicure. I got a gel manicure and asked for a simple squiggle design. the nail tech assured me in the beginning it was easy and he could do it. then when it came time to do it said it would be $25 extra and it was too hard and he couldn’t do it. the manicure is thin and will not last more than a week and a half. My nail shape and smoothness were great and only took an hour. See photo of update Cost was $37 each for gel removal and gel manicure plus tip came to $43.

Just not at all what I was hoping for. I read a ton of reviews beforehand and several people recommended Tom, but I am just pretty disappointed with the quality and look of the nails he did on me. Maybe he has not done much SNS? I’m not sure. The shaping was really bad and he did not do what I asked for. He also did not really allow me to voice my concern with what he was doing. I remember when he first cut my nail and I was like oh I want to keep them mostly the same length, he was like just a bit shorter is best don’t worry. I will attach pictures, but my nails are now a lot shorter and not the almond shape I asked for (and had before). He did not drill the nails (correctly), so there is like a line or ridge from the bottom to the top. They are uneven. I actually asked him to fix the length on one and shape because it was uneven and he was like what it’s uneven I don’t know! I was like um yes right there on this nail please shape it to match this nail (in person makes more sense than me typing it here). I travel frequently but have two or three people do my nails consistently so I am certainly aware of how they should be done and what works best for me. Overall, poor attention to detail and lack of skill.

I’ll give them 2 stars since I got a same day immediate appointment… however I asked for a gel manicure with a soak off on natural nails. I asked for a French tip in a nude color but he said white was going to work better…. Um ok, I took the advice because I didn’t mind white either way. When he did the natural base coat, it was only one thin layer, you can still see parts of my real nail below. I asked him to fix two air bubbles, he mentioned that was not an air bubble, it was my normal nail, I said no because it was clearly a huge air bubble so he fixed one of them, I asked for another layer on a couple of nails because they were two thin but only a layer of clear polish was added. At this point I just wanted to leave because I hate nit picking and if you can’t do nails, then you just can’t so I won’t ever come back. Every other salon, the standard is two layers on the base and to ensure the tips are fully painted. My camera is not the best at close ups at all but you can see the thin paint and the darker natural nail underneath.

Came in for gel manicure. First time, it took a few minutes for each hand to dry under fluorescent light. Decided to try them a second time, however when the nail tech took off my nails with the shaving like tool, he hit my nail beds leaving scratch marks. I started to get upset and was about to get up and leave after that incident and when he started filing my nails all wrong. The nail tech ended up getting frustrated himself because after asking me if i liked the way he filed my nails and i told him no and told him how and even showed him, he ended up having his manager finish my manicure. The manager fixed them and shaped my nails exactly how i wanted them. Then came the gel polish. I was not put under the florescent light as long as the last time.....a week goes by and my polish starts coming off! I went back hoping they would offer a refund - instead, they said they would fix. The manager also explainedto to me how some gel, polish will come off depending on the color i chose.....and how it could just be my nails....b.s. I decided to at least go back for them to fix it up on the house and asked for the nail tech lady who did my nails my very first visit. she fixed my nails, did not use the tool that scratched my nail beds, just soaked them.....but I wont ever go back again. Ugh. People need to post more recent reviews on this shop. Awful experience. Fake people, thats for sure. The owner needs to stop by more often and see how their employees are treating...

I needed a simple manicure and pedicure on my nails. Long story short, that pedicure was the most awful service I have ever received. No effort in actually scrubbing or ensuring feet are in tip top shape before trying to paint. Not to mention, when I was moved over for a manicure the desk was filthy and had not been cleaned. No towel or anything f the sort was that placed down for my hands and arms to sit on just the bare desk. And the technician rubbed lotion on my arm and didn’t even have the decency to ensure it was completely rubbed in. I got up with an excess amount of white residue still on my arm from her not being thorough. I’m not sure if I caught them on a bad morning or if the service is simply below average. I don’t anticipate coming back as I can spend my money elsewhere at other locations that I have received more attentive services at.

Update: There was NOTHING on that filthy desk where your technician decided to do my manicure. I don’t need to view any footage, because I know what service was provided to me and how poorly it was. I’m not one to normally do reviews but I’m glad I did. Rather than trying to insinuate that a customer is lying, take the feedback, rectify the issue, and ensure that you do better going forward. Very unprofessional. I won’t be recommending anyone here nor will I...
