Praises for Omar at the Ramseur O'Reilly Auto Parts! I went to two different auto places to test my battery and, if needed, get a new one installed. First was Advance Auto. I was told my battery was bad (without being shown the reading) and to go across the street to Auto Zone. Went to Auto Zone to be told they cannot do it because it would take more than 30 minutes and that is a liability. Went to O'Reilly in Ramseur and Omar tested my battery, showed me the result, and came out in the rain to install the new battery...and it did not take 30 minutes. Awful went to get a heater hose taking me 4 trips now they or someone keeps losing my package now apparently its in wrong store they called me yesterday saying it was ready I come next day due to work they said it's still not in. They give you a big run around don't recommend this...

Tried calling this location 3 separate times allowing the phone to ring for over a minute each time within a 15 minute window never got anyone to answer the phone to verify if the part I needed was in stock always have to make a trip in person to this location...
