Maple Room Lounge — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

Came there on a Friday night because Kerri(Carrie) the karaoke host advertised that there would be karaoke. We even messaged her on Facebook to let her know we were looking for a place to bring a large group celebrating two birthdays after the first bar we tried closed early. She confirmed that she was running karaoke and we should bring our group there. Our group of 12 paying customers arrived 15 minutes later, at about 10:30 pm, just in time to watch her shut down karaoke, saying it was because she wasn't getting along with the bartender that night. Our group and several other groups left and took our business to Pine Cove. I will never come to any of this host's shows anywhere ever again. If management reads this, I hope they will consider other entertainment options because she costed this bar at least $600 but probably closer to $1k in lost revenue by sending a lot of customers elsewhere early on a...

Karaoke is great. The Friday night bartender Rachel is the most awful bartender I've ever had the displeasure of being served by. Last night was actually the second horrendous experience I had with her here on a Friday night. On both occasions Rachel was visibly drunk and/or drinking behind the bar, was achingly slow and was incredibly rude to customers including cussing at them and mocking them with her friends who were so overserved one tried to light a cigarette in the middle of the bar. If you have never been here before.. Good. Don't try it. Bartender was nice... Sure. Thats about it. I left due to the crowd. My fiance wore a hat that showed his military history since he is proud of being retired U.S Army. and was then called a baby killer by the less than desirable other patrons. After hearing the words they were saying I wanted nothing more to do with this place. Not even worth a 2 star...
