-Barely got through the door and felt pounced on by a sales person. How bout letting me walk around for a minute first. Thank you. -i did buy a chair and ottoman, they could not find the one like my aunt's and the reason I came to store but what I found was cute and will fit scale of the room. [A to A) they do not offer free delivery. I was quoted 50 dollars ( which i thought was great) but my emailed receipt showed a $69 charge instead. B) I would have caught that early had i had an option of a paper receipt. C) salesperson & manager tried to get me to buy an xtra warranty for the furniture. I said no thanks. And was asked repeatedly was i sure. NO. Is a full sentence. Didnt like I had to say no 3 times. Before he moved on. -D when I asked about whether the furniture would look like what was on sales floor or is it like ikea and I have to build it. Then he jumped on "we can build it for an additional $150". No. E) and finally, as you're paying they then casually mention, "by the way, we only bring the furniture (boxes?) to the threshold of door only". So now i know my hallway will be blocked until we can get them out the way.

If the furniture color had not been so pretty and the ottoman, though small ,had storage, I probably would have walked away. Some people like high pressure i like a more chill vibe.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture! Our sales associate, Allie, was absolutely awesome. She was so friendly, helpful, and patient while helping us design our customized sectional couch. She really listened to what we wanted and made the whole process fun and stress-free.

Allie also helped us find the perfect mattress for my husband, who has some body wear and tear. She made sure we found something supportive and comfortable that would fit our needs and budget.

We also worked with Cam in the finance department, and he was great! He made everything easy to understand and helped us get the best possible deal.

Finally, Victor, the manager, wrapped everything up and made sure all our paperwork and details were in perfect order. He was so professional and kind—not just with us but also with his employees. The teamwork and positive energy in that store really stood out.

The entire environment was so welcoming, and the experience from start to finish was amazing. We can’t wait for our white glove delivery to arrive this week and see our new couch and mattress in our home!

This was our first time shopping at the new Bob's furniture store and was greeted at the door by a sales woman named Allie. We were looking for a dining room set and couch and Allie was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Allie was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered every question that we had about the furniture and helped set up a convenient delivery date for us to get our furniture. We were so happy that we went back 2 weeks later and bought a recliner. As far as the furniture went we were very impressed with the quality, looks, comfort and prices and will definitely be back for any future furniture needs. Bob's is now our new favorite furniture store and won't bother looking anywhere else. Thank you for being so awesome Allie we can't recommend you and Bob's enough.
