Service was very good. Friendly staff and I would love to give this place a higher score but I honestly can not. Cleanliness is next to Godliness. They condiments were crusty. The outside of their holding containers that house their chopsticks were "splattered," the plate in which the bottles sat on where also covered in old dried decaying condiment sauce.
I asked for a refreshed jar of chili oil to which the young man brought back the same dried up, crusted jar of chili oil topped off with fresh chili oil lol 😂🤦🏽♀️
Let's get down to the Pho itself. I've had a lot of Pho in my life, and I'm always looking for a "clean" tasting broth that doesn't taste like I'm sucking on a salt lick of MSG. I don't mind if MSG is used, but it should be to enhance the soup, not BE the soup. Considering I got Bone Broth and my friend got Chicken Pho this sentiment still applies about MSG as an enhancement.
With that being said, I asked for fried tofu as a protein option and they didn't have it (bummer) So I got shrimp instead. They gave me 5 shrimp lol 😂 asked for Bone Broth (they had yahhh!), with Shrimp.
The sides of Basil, Sprouts and Limes were fresh and crisp and a great addition. The ONLY complaint I have is that the Bone Broth was TOO SALTY, My friend said the same about get Chicken Pho, that it was too salty. So I considered it was just because I had Bone Broth, but not the case here, that there is no FRIED TOFU option and that they were SKIMPY on the SHRIMP and someone needs to do some deep cleaning on their tableware cuz that's just GROSS.
Reasonably priced, nice atmosphere but like I always don't go by my adventure, go have your own!
I'm giving the 3rd star because the guy who waited on us had a great personally AND an awesome Michael Jackson shirt on! Would've give 4 if he said he loved Prince too 😉🙃⭐⭐⭐
P.s. I did not take pictures of the filthy condiment holders etc. I honestly want feeling excited about this meal and I'm not gonna put yall on blast blast, just...
Read moreThis place is impressive. To provide such quantity, quality, and taste at this price point is truly remarkable. I can confidently say that, at least for the 'House Pho' menu, this is the best pho restaurant in the area.
The meat has no off-flavors and is tender, suggesting it’s been simmered for at least an hour. The bowl isn’t small, but it’s filled to the brim with noodles, meat, and other ingredients. In fact, there’s more meat than noodles.
It seems like a great option for post-workout protein intake or a meal for recovery.
The seasoning is spot on as well. If you like a bit of spice, I recommend adding 1-2 spoonfuls of the chili sauce shown in the picture.
I’m already worried that in a few months, this place will be crowded with long lines.
Still, I do have some minor complaints. The restroom could be cleaner, and the furniture feels a...
Read moreFulton Pho (Pho like fun) - I had the seafood pho (soup) and it was SO good. I loved it. I went with friends and we all had the same thing. I got the small because someone else wanted to pay, but it was more than enough. My friend that paid got the large and it was LARGE! When I say it was packed full of meaty seafood pieces, believe me. Not little tiny salad shrimps either. This was a mighty meal!
Next time I'm fasting before I go and getting a large. I don't eat out much, but I am definitely going to eat here again. And again.
I'm sorry I didn't get any pictures because the guys sitting next to us was eating something that looked like it came from the Flintstones with the big bone sitting out of the soup. It was awesome. It was...
