I've read through the one star reviews and a friend of mine is dealing with the same things, before I begin... folks please read reviews before you make any purchase. In THIS economy money is tight, time is precious and peace of mind is crucial. My friend ordered a couch 6 May and was told it would be delivered 20 May. 20 May has come and gone, and still no couch just excuses, "the manufacturer, shipping delays...blah blah" and now no response. Im confused, is the furniture made to order? This is a big purchase for them, a stepping stone and something they are looking forward to. Now they are stressed, on the verge of tears, because why? Is it that difficult to keep your word... I digress. I have recommended they request a refund and go elsewhere that they will be treated better and receive their purchase in a timely matter. For anyone reading this I wish you well and peace, both in your mind and heart. For this establishment, please get it together.

I went to a few OTHER discount couch places and got some sketchy vibes, guys that were impatient, way overpriced couches, just not the best salespeople...but when I talked with Omar, his communication was clear and helpful. He was super patient with me as I walked from one side of the showroom to the other during the ordering process, switching fabric choice and color, at least a few times! I told him that I had a really particular timeline and was able to make that work. The delivery went smooth. One of the feet had a crack and he said he could get that replaced for me, but I could keep using the couch for now - still waiting on that but I have confidence that if I call and stay on it with him, he will absolutely come through. This is a family business he has been in for a long time and you can feel it. Patient, kind, reasonable, quality service - that's what you get here. I'll follow up when I get that replacement foot, but in the meantime - go check...
