BURGER SHACK — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

I recently visited Burger Shack in Carmichael, CA and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. I started off with the onion rings, which were crispy and flavorful. But the real star of the show was the pineapple milkshake. It was absolutely delicious and tasted like it was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

What I really appreciated about Burger Shack was the attention to detail. The store was impeccably clean and the interior decoration was eye-catching and well thought out. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. And despite the busy atmosphere, the service was lightning fast.

Another great thing about Burger Shack is the convenient parking. I didn't have to worry about finding a spot, which made my visit even more enjoyable. And if you're in a rush, they have an amazing drive-thru that is just as efficient as the in-store service.

So I've been here 3 times now. I've only ordered the burger combo, but that's what I've been searching for since moving up here from socal 10 years ago. Unfortunately, this isn't my replacement place either. And I'll probably only come back to this place for their ice. IYKYK. But this last time is what sealed their fate. I asked for a burger combo NO CHEESE. I'm just one who does not like cheese on burgers. Its partly my fault that I didn't check before I left the drive thru, but the gentleman who took my order repeated it back to me as I ordered it, amd im oaying 15$ for this combo, so if inorder it a certain way, i shouldnt HAVE to worry about it being right. From there, it's on the chef to make the order right.

Interaction is great, attitude, etc. Buuut I should be able to get my order made correctly. Especially if I'm ordering drive thru, I'm not driving all the way back to say "hey, I asked for no cheese" So I just ate the French fries and enjoyed my soda and my...

It's not even worth rating you're guy's restaurant is disgusting! You're fries are cold! And I don't care if you see this review you have cockroaches in your lobby and the bathroom is filthy I'll never eat there again! And you don't give people's orders on time you wait until the last minute until someone tells you when they didn't get a certain item paid for a glacier too much ice cream!!!! Shouldn't be putting that much in the cup in the first place wish the owner was there it's such a shame! And you put way too much salt on those fries you guys some cooking skills or something cause you don't know how make fries shouldn't be in the fast food industry if you're gonna screw up on things I'm glad I don't eat there anymore and I never want to again!!! hope people see this review cause this place needs to be shut down! Hope someone calls the health department because that's not ok for them to be having that type of problem in a restaurant...
