Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in California

Went by today in my travels and came in off of Manzanita Avenue. Typically the order taker is up by the window and follows cars down the line. Because there was not signage as to wear the line started and no one behind the car at the window, we popped behind. We had no clue there was someone on the other side taking orders and leaving that big of a gap whereas people on the Winding way side were hanging out in the street. Sadly we were chastised by not 1, not 2, not 3, but four employees about where we go in line even after we said we'd be happy to go around the building. The 5th employee trying to to help said not to worry about it that they can walk the orders out to people and they can be on their way. So, we ordered, they made them and still were extremely pissy about how we entered the line. We apologized and it still wasn't good enough. So our drinks were made with no tea and just flavored water and no energy drink in the energy drink. This could have worked out so much different. My daughter came up from Los Angeles. She loves this place. Every time we come...the staff is so energized. They try to get to know you like asking about your day. If they are a little busy...they will look up and acknowledge you in some way. They make you feel important...

The large..is very large. The medium is like starbucks venti. You for sure get your money's worth.

I love going here. When you order a drink that is chocolate..they use chocolate milk. It makes the drinks a little sweet...so make a note of that if you are like me as and dont like real sweet drinks.

They will also give you a stamp card...every 10th drink free.

This location is a drive through and a walk in. It is very fast getting your drink. They make every effort to get you in and out in a timely fashion without forgetting the quality of your drink...

I have waited in a starbucks for 30 minutes to get a drink before...never have I waited more than 5...

love dutch always will.. but the last few times I've been to this one my wife orders her favorite drink and I order just ice water to avoid the sugar. each time after leaving and I take a sip I can distinctly taste a light mildew flavor. is the ice machine not being cleaned often enough and I wonder if all the ice being served is the same for the flavored drinks and nobody notices obviously because of the flavoring. Im pretty certain its in the ice. I've come across this before.. edit: just left here today. more mildew ice water. you send me a link somewhere else. not my job to chase it down. just tell this store to clean their ice machine and check unchanged filters perhaps. not going back and yes my wife ordered various drinks so its not like im not buying your drinks. i just prefer ice water over sugary drinks. cleaning the machine and checking filters should be part of what you do to keep things healthy. if the next time I get foul water I will report it to the...
