Looks great on the outside, but if you have ever dealt with the internal staff, you will be in for an unpleasant experience. The first time I began the reservation process, I set everything up with date and time and just had to phone in my credit card info. I called back and my reservation info had disappeared and my date and time slot was no longer available...not to mention the language barrier. I found another place. After being a guest for a friends birthday, I decided to give them a try again. This is a year later...I called and confirmed everything and received an email. I wanted to add an extra pizza and salad. I was told it was added. I asked for a confirmation email (never received). The day of my party, I was told that they didn't have cupcakes which are part of the package. After about 5 men who couldn't figure out how to satisfy the customer l, I left and purchased cupcakes on my own. I missed 30 minutes of the party at this point. My husband called and said they kept asking him for final payment although the policy says it was due at the end of the party. Wanting to spend time with my child, the owner came to the play area asking for payment....really??!!! I am trying to make up for lost time and you are following me with a bill that is not correct and not due until the end of the party? Dealing with the Male owner at this point who said it was not his problem that they forgot the cupcakes. They were overcharging for items not received. The language barrier still an issue. Missed a whole hour dealing with this. And to top it off....the birthday child on the DVD that was displayed at the party was ANOTHER KID AND NOT MY CHILD! What poor customer service if any at all. This place is not worth...

The owner of Wacky Tacky contacted us immediately regarding our review. He apologized and we were able to have a productive conversation and he spoke to his team about the incident and lack of communication. At the end of the day, we all learn and grow from a bad or good experience and I appreciate that he took the time to reach out and discuss what happened. We will continue to come to Wacky Tacky because it’s our kids favorite place to go. If anyone ever has a bad experience it’s always best to reach out to the company/owner to have a better understanding how we can do better for the future. The fact that the owner reached out and called me right away, I am changing this to. 5 star review.
Horrible experience. We came for a birthday party. Our two boys are on the autism spectrum and they were not accommodating when it came to their needs. One of our boys hates being inside any party room but enjoys the play time with the kids. We typically stay outside the party room and enjoy our own personal snacks while we wait for the party to be over. Nope, not this time. We were told we had to stay in the party room the entire time. I let them know why we were not able to but they simply did not care. I’d understand if it was super busy, but there was literally no other party happening and there were two families there. It was an incredibly slow day so I was flabbergasted by how we were treated. Young uneducated kids running this place with no understanding of how to treat children with disabilities. Very disappointing. Never coming back to this...
Read moreThis is THE place to go with hyper kids when the weather doesn’t permit outdoor play. 3 large play areas with lots of neat parts, like pneumatic air cannons that shoot foam balls. If your kids are old enough you can let them run around and get some rest, or you can play with them too. There is a small cafe serving very mediocre food and no outside food is allowed, but we just pack a lunch and eat in the parking lot. I’ve been here many, many times. At $17 per child it isn’t cheap, but it’s invaluable if your kids are running around the house and it’s too cold/hot to send them outside. Not recommended if you are a germophobe. I’m giving only four stars because every time I go there is usually a minor safety issue I notice when crawling after my kids each visit. This time there was a floor panel that was unattached to its frame/spot so that you could just pick it up. I mean like a stair step that supports children’s weight (see photo). If staff performed a very simple inspection of the play structures before opening they would have seen it (I don’t think they do this). I tried telling the staff upon leaving today but they were busy. Once area of growth would be more supervision from staff of the actual play areas. The staff basically stay behind the counter and very rarely venture out. The vast majority of kids and families are well behaved but it would be nice if at least one staff member circulated around making sure kids are not doing anything totally ridiculous, especially when there are 567 kids running...
