Finally, an apartment complex that calls itself “luxury” that actually lives up to that billing. The build quality of these apartments is very high. I particularly like the thick floors. They feel very solid. There’s no rattling. I haven’t heard a peep from any other neighbor - no sound bleeds through. the AC works really well and quietly, high ceilings. Really like the layout of the kitchen. I have a B5 unit. It has a large flat surface sink that essentially functions as a workspace that you can just immediately wash off with the very nice extendable faucet. The bike rooms are very nice and it’s very helpful not to have to store your bike or scooter or whatever in the unit itself. The pool area is enormous. There’s outdoor not just barbecues but fridges and sinks; so many places forget the convenience of having a sink there to be able to wash your stuff off outside right next to the barbecue. I really love that. and lastly, I will point out the gym and fitness center. It is by far the best gym and fitness center I’ve ever seen at Any Apartment of any price point. It really rivals the finest hotels gyms in terms of selection of equipment. There’s a yoga studio that separate, there’s kettle bells going up to 88 pounds which I have never seen, tons of weights, tons of elliptical machines, tons of treadmills and all premium brand quality. very impressive. What an amazing place with amazing staff! I have a lot to say and I haven't even moved in yet but I am so far impressed with everything. Hi so me and my wife (and dog) are coming from Bakersfield due to job opportunity. One of the things we are looking for is: nice big park, big stores, friendly neighborhood and the quality of the apartment. If you are this person/family, this is the place for you! The "Luxury" title of these apartments are truly what it states. Amazing pool, Fitness center, Office amenities, BBQ, Dog shower etc. The apartment kitchen is flawless and has great washer/dryer. Thick walls and seems durable so you wont hear your neighbors. Just about everything you want in an apartment. The complex is sitting a perfect spot where Walmart, Target, and Costco are just down the street. The Stone Creek Park is near by walking distance. There is a gate connected a path to the park. The move-in experience was smooth and well-organized. Rafael was amazing during the move-in inspection—professional, friendly, and thorough. He made sure everything was in great shape and took the time to walk me through all the details, which I really appreciated.
