This is the second time I've been in this store. The bottom line is, I am a woman of color and the first time I went there was approximately 2 years ago when, after going in, I wasn't greeted like the other few Caucasian women that followed in after me were (i.e., "Good morning, how are you today?"). No, I didn't get any kind of reception, and I was offended by it to the point that I called the manager when I got home and expressed how I felt. She swore on back that it was not intended to be that way, but it was just way too obvious. So, today I went there to find some specialty papers, but, for the second time, I wasn't greeted by the woman behind the counter like the Caucasian woman who came in about 15 seconds after I got there. She got the full greeting treatment. It's not a figment of my imagination and I do not feel I'm being too sensitive, but it is a matter of principle that, when you have a business, everyone should be treated equally, no matter what their color! I left and I can assure you that, although my money is green and can purchase whatever they're selling, just like any Caucasian person, I will NEVER step foot in that store ever...

When you make a return, the POS system will prompt you to enter your PIN but employee was adamant that I decline that option and select credit. I didn't question him, just did as I was asked and wasn't given a return receipt. On my way home I began to question why the employee would tell me not to enter my pin ( as I know this would allow me to be refunded right away- I've worked in retail). I checked my bank account daily hoping that I would see the refund and that my suspicions would be wrong... over 3 weeks later and still no refund. It was only $29 but...
Read moreI entered the store without a mask and was asked to wear one. I explained the the clerk I have a medical condition (Severe Asthma) and cannot cover my face, I am unable to breath. I was allowed to shop this one day only I was told, but not to return in the future. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Justice Title II of the ADA Section 504. I feel I am being discriminated against because I am disabled and not being allowed entry into the store in the future. My condition is noted as a disability under the Americans with Disability Act of 1990. I wonder if a person in a wheel chair may get...
