If I could leave negative stars for this place I would! I have had nothing but issues with them and I would much rather take my business to Christy's donuts in upland than walk next door from my home to give Miss donuts any more of my business. My transaction was totaling $7.60 here and they informed me card transactions would add $0.50 to the total. No big deal. Total was now $8.10 which I had available on my account. But my card was declined. Twice. I called my bank and they informed me the transaction at Miss Donuts was actually showing up as $9.72. They emailed me the proof and I called Miss Donuts back because charging the customer more than what they say the total was is illegal. But instead of letting me speak they chose to keep interrupting me and wouldn't let me get a word in. Talk about customer service. This isnt the first negative experience here and I intend to file...
