I placed an online order on Friday 6/28 so my husband could pick up our dinner on his way home from work. It was around 3:45pm and the earliest pick up time would be 4:30 PM. Because it was our first time ordering from them, I wasn't sure what the portion sizes would be. Based on the photos, it was hard to tell. It took a while for us to try this place as I've been hearing mixed reviews, more positive than negative though.
I order the Spaghetti and Meatballs ($20.00) for my husband and I got the Bolognese with Rigatoni and added a meatball ($19.50). My husband wanted a salad too so I got the Caesar Salad and added chicken ($18.00).
With tax, the total came out to $61.96. I'm thinking to myself that two pasta dishes and a salad came out to over $60, well this better be good.
My husband arrived there around 4:15 PM. He told the staff that he was there. Nobody had looked at our ticket yet and had not started on our order. They told him to come back in 15 minutes. He said there there was only one other person in there, and they had some seating inside. He ends up going to the store next door and bought some beverages. He came back at 4:35 PM and our order was not ready. The salad was what was lagging which was the last item that needed to be packed up so he had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Both of our orders came with focaccia.
When he got home, the pasta dishes were still hot. I was only able to eat about 70% of my pasta, some salad, and two pieces of focaccia before I was absolutely full. The Bolognese had plenty of meat in it already so I did not have to add the additional meatball. My husband originally thought his spaghetti was bland, but realized all the flavor was in the meatballs. He had to take a break from eating, but about 30 minutes later, he went back to the fridge and finished all the rest of the food. HAHA.
I was actually impressed with the focaccia, loved the texture, and so good with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
They have some outdoor seating so when the weather is nicer, we were thinking of eating out there with our dogs. Overall, the price was quite high, but the next time I don't think we would get the salad again. I may try one of their sandwiches next time as I've been hearing positive feedback from...

The food was okay. Fresh? Yes. Seasoned? Not as much as it should have been. There was almost no salt in our pasta. My family and I ordered cream based pastas- not tomato- which may be better given people’s experience here. The lack of salt just made the dish fall flat. I got the porcini based sauce as I love that flavor of pasta. The mushroom wasn’t able to come through because of the lack of salt and it just tasted like plain noodles unfortunately.
I’m going to assume my experience with the server is not the norm but she was rude. From the beginning she obviously seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We asked for balsamic and olive oil to go with the focaccia when she brought it out. She barely acknowledges us and immediately goes to do other things. It wasn’t until I made eye contact with her that she realized we were sick of waiting and being ignored, and started getting it. For context, it’s olive oil and balsamic sitting on a rack (you can see the entire kitchen) that goes into a paper cup. At the end l asked for a lid and she gets it, tosses it on the table and walks away. The entire time we were polite, saying thank you and smiling. When she left we’d confirm with each other we both saw how disrespectful she was. We only asked for balsamic and a lid- nothing else. This isn’t a typical restaurant either. I used to worked at Chick-fil-A several years ago, and the servers perform the same way. They bring you your food after you order up front and don’t check on you or do refills or stuff like that. We knew it was like that and we were perfectly fine with that, but I bring it up to explain why her attitude was all the more confusing. Like why are you so mad when we have barely even...
Read moreNice concept. Store was clean, but looked a bit cluttered as I walked in — the counter next to the door was flanked by shelves of messy stacks of half-opened office supplies and the like. An employee was sitting there, but didn’t seem to be doing anything. I’m not a fan of seafood and was slightly put off by a slight fish aroma I noticed while waiting. Ordered some basic chicken Alfredo and a soda to go — $25 ($6 for chicken, which seems steep given the portion (picture = before mixing in). The wait for the food was a bit long, especially considering how many people were behind the counter, but I was okay with it so long as it meant it was freshly made. (I got to watch one employee assemble the tiramisu cups in the meantime.) Portion of pasta was large, and the sauce was pretty good, though not very creamy and a large grease pool accumulated at the bottom of the bowl. The noodles were delicious and clearly freshly made — my poor plastic fork snapped in two trying to mix the chicken into the hearty tagliatelle… Overall: enjoyed, but felt it was a little pricey. Too full to try the focaccia that came with the meal, but looks good and freshly made as well. Probably wouldn’t dine in — high tops right next to the ordering/cashier line. Somewhat loud, too — in addition to the clutter...
