This was the first time that I used this location and will most likely be the last. It's the closest location to my business, so I ordered from here. I ordered the food for a customer meeting at my business. To make sure things would be ready on time, I placed the order earlier in the day. To confirm that my order was received, I called an hour before the pick up time to make sure everything was okay. However, when I went to pick it up, it hadn't even been started. I was told that they just got busy and hadn't gotten to it. I don't understand how that could be when my order was placed prior to the others. It should've been ready and been in a container being kept warm and ready for my pickup. When I asked to speak to a manager, the supervisor on duty was a bit dismissive. He halfway apologized for it being late, but then said it would only be a little late (like that was okay). It ended up being 19 minutes late and caused me to be late with it for my customer. This lack of care for customer needs and services is not okay. They probably assumed that it was for a family and not a big deal if a family's meal is late, but this was for my business and caused me to be delayed for my customer. NOT OKAY. I ordered a $100 in food. The response should've been we're sorry and we'll get it out to you ASAP and not "it's only a little late". If you go to this location, expect that you might wait and there seems to be no sense of urgency or care for customers. Oh and on top of that, I had included a tip in my online purchase and of course they couldn't figure out how to...
Read moreThe pizza was smaller than a tea spoon and cost 15 dollar. Though it tasted great the price is way out of proportion. UPDATE (15 dollar for a 10 inch pizza IMHO is still way out of proportion).
Thank you for your response. I didn't know the pizza was on you, I assumed the school bought it. But still, something weird happened: instead of joy and gratitude for a free (and tasty) pizza, there is disappointment. I can imagine your disappointment as well, if you give something for free and a review like the one above is the result. For that I apologize.
I think this is caused by wrong expectations. The name of the pizza could be found on the menu, but only in sizes of 10 inch and larger. Of course we didn't expect one that would feed the family, but we were expecting the small one, which would be dinner for my daughter. Instead we got one slightly smaller than my phone and had to find something else to eat as well.
The largest ingredient of the tiny pizza was the effort you put in to create it. In terms of what you are giving away, does the extra three inch to make it a small one really make a difference in price? It would have made a huge difference in effect. Alternatively, if the coupon would have said it was a 7 inch pizza, we wouldn't have been disappointed either.
I hope this helps. I appreciate...
Read moreIf I could leave no stars I would. I called today spoke with Sarah the owner explained to her our order was never delivered nor did anyone in my hotel room sign for an order greater than 78 dollars she said she couldn’t do anything about it tried to make it her drivers issues instead of addressing the issues herself we asked for proof her driver called by providing a snapshot of her drivers call log since we requested a call upon arrival to avoid this issue and no one called as I can show proof no one called she’s refused to show proof and refused to fix the situation. BEWARE when ordering delivery drivers can’t follow directions and owner will refuse to fix the situation luckily I recorded the call and I will letting my bank know to rectify and receive my full refund. Sarah does not know how to provide customer service and obviously doesn’t comprehend simple instructions either so my bank has to do the work of an incompetent owner that likes to steal from consumers as no one in my hotel room room signed that receipt therefore we were robbed of 80 dollars for pizza we...
