Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Santa Margarita

Ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza 2 months ago and it took this store over two hours to deliver. When it finally arrived, it was completely cold. I called to advise them of what occurred and they were quick to apologize and “credit” it me the same pizza the next time I ordered. Fast forward to today, I went to place my order and redeem the “credit” and they stated they had no record of it. The initial employee I spoke to took down my number and saw my address wasn’t in the system. I’ve been ordering from this round table for over 5 years and they should have my address. The employee kindly told me they updated their computer system and my address was no longer in the system and the “credit” not present. She was very kind about it and stated she would speak to her manager. Fast forward to her manager coming on the phone and giving the most condescending attitude I could imagine. She confirmed the computer system was updated and refused to admit they made a mistake with the computer update. She told me she would not honor what was previously told to me. She then hung up on me. This round table had changed ownership a few years ago and I thought it would have been better but it has gotten worse with the customer service. I will not be going back and will gladly be driving to the Mission Viejo...

Have had the dinner buffet 2x now. Have to report 14$ with tax inc drink excellent. They give you a chilled plate for salad bar. Salad area is clean and has a variety of items. Pizza is varied too. If you like to try different pizza this buffet is it; hawaiian, pepperoni, sausage, mini pepperonis, olives, mushrooms, bacon bbq and more. Full soda service, lemonade, black or sweetened iced tea too. Last, the staff is awesome. Very kind they let me know when fresh hot pizza was out. I saw them bussing tables promptly. Nice to not have to stare at dirty plates. I even enjoyed the 80's muzak the had playing but hey thats a taste thing. Very clean dining room. TIP 2x * There are restrooms in the back of the store. Picked up order about 8:30pm on Sun 8/5. there was 1 person taking an order on the phone, 1 person counting money and 1 person waiting to order, NO employee came to assist, then when the person on the phone got off she looked at me and said Welcome to Round Table. so I started to tell her I was there to pick up, then the guy who was already waiting said something and got upset because he had been waiting to order. The gal employee just rolled her eyes and sighed and began to help him. When she was done she got my order,repeated the toppings. I said there should of been extra cheese. and she said they didn't put extra cheese it wasn't on the order. I showed her the order I placed on my phone, and she rolls her eyes again and says OH. long story short when I got the pizza home, I found out that put 2 toppings I didn't order on it 😲. so frustrated.
