I understand that the store does not hold merchandise so I asked if I purchased the items (which was not a lot but about $100+ because I was school shopping for my children) would I be able to come back return and purchase again since they again don’t hold merchandise and it was a day or two before “no tax sale” on clothes and shoes and Gary the store manager was very rude and loud and upset because I asked the question to the cashier who asked him. He was loud yelling his response at me in front of a crowded line because he was annoyed with the question or the fact that I would do that but either way his actions was not warranted because I didn’t deserve the way he treated me. Needless to say I left the store without the items and if I go in the store now he refuses to speak or be friendly to me. I had a bag I was struggling with since then; they put to many heavy items in the bag and he watched me didn’t try to help but spoke to the woman that can in the door close to me and gave her a cart. Read moreI’ve been going to this Marshall’s for years and never had a problem until yesterday afternoon . The cashier Shamera(name I was given not sure if that’s really her name)was very rude and nasty . I was next up in line and she said “ you can come over here” No greeting or anything . I remained standing where I was because she was walking behind the registers and not standing at a specific register. She then aggressively says “right here number 7” . I get ti the register and still HAVE NOT BEEN GREETED . I then ask her for a price check on an item and she refuses to give it me! She loudly says it’s not on clearance . Confused as of to why she said that I say again I just want a price check. She continues to be nasty and refuses to ring up the item I eventually just say forget it . I ask her for her name and she of course refuses to give it to me . Another sales associate gave me the name shamera. Her behavior was completely unprovoked and simply uncalled for. Read moreI am 40 weeks pregnant and went in to have a sensor removed and apparently the only cashier working could not assist me unless I went to the back of the line. It would have taken 1 minute. On top of that she was rude. Very upsetting as I normally love Marshall’s. I will definitely stick to the Marshalls in Owings Mills and never step foot in the ghetto Randallstown location again. Hopefully, your customer service of your employees will be assessed and more thorough training is given.
