Went in to get my bike checked out. Got an estimate and reserved/booked an appointment with them to drop off my bike to get serviced.

Overall, they were very welcoming and properly explained to me what the bike would need in terms of repairs. In addition to that, Robin helped me go through the bike helmets and explained to me very thoroughly about the differences between each bike that they had in stock. They both gave me superb recommendations that came from an objective standpoint, and not just to sell their merchandise.

He also asked me if I wanted to take any of the bikes out for a spin. Overall stand up guys!

Bought a used mountain bike through craigslist and went to The Gear House to get a helmet. Had a great conversation with Robin about my "new" bike, which he actually popped out to my car to see. He answered all of my questions, and I decided to to buy a saddle he recommended, as well as some tools and other things I realized I needed. I bought a mountain bike and had a road bike tuned up by this business. They had very reasonable prices and got my road bike tuned up in a very timely fashion. They called me up before making any major decisions so that I had input on the decisions. They also explained everything in a very clear fashion so that I could make an informed decision.
