I really don't like to write bad reviews, and this is an employer of many of my friends but my experience has been less than stellar... first this company sold my better half a warranty and made it sound like it was a lifetime warranty when actually it was just a warranty for 18 months, to be fair that was at their mall location.. I have had my jewelry cleaned and inspected as well as resized for years and that all has been fine. Until earlier this year when I lost a stone in one of my rings, took it to them to get repaired, and I thought that was that. In less than 6 months I lost that same Stone after being told my ring was inspected when it was repaired. I had to have it repaired again and they still charged me for their faulty repair. I even specifically asked if there's something that needs to be done to ensure that this does not happen again please let me know. Three months later I lost another Stone in the same ring. I am a teacher, not a construction worker, not a miner, just a teacher. I wash my hands a lot and I write a lot. I've never lost a stone in a ring before in my life. I brought the ring back to have it repaired yet again and was told that my prongs did not need to be re-tipped and the ring was structurally sound. I left it with them and then managed to contract covid so it has been there for about a month. Just tried to go and pick it up only to find that their winter hours are different than the hours that are posted on the door.... Can't get a hold of anyone when calling even during normal business hours. I realize that this location functions as their corporate office as well as a showroom, but it's also their repair shop which is why I was taking my jewelry to this specific location. Read moreHorrific, sales people tell you one thing then another and another bought 3 rings, my insert was broken when they sent it to size and mount the diamond, it took me forever to pick out something i liked, was told I can either pick something else, or can order a new one from the manufacturer, I opt to order another one. Was told can have it overnight once order was placed, before that was rolled about 2 weeks to get the rings back. Almost six weeks later, I get my husband's band, and my diamond, then asked about where the insert that wrnt from once they receive the order ots will be rushed have it 24 to 48 hours, then it went to up to six weeks, today my ring finally got here working on three months and the 2 don't fit together, I called and then get told now I can't get my money back we are ar the point if no returns. Read moreI would give the a zero star, took my wife's ring to get the tips fixed and got it back with 3 of the tips done right but the 4th one was sharp and was told it it's fine. Took ring back to get it fixed was given a estimated time of 3 weeks to get back, was told that the jeweler got sick and would get it back on Feb 15th no call, then was told it was in transit to get back never got it back. Called to complain and was told it would be another week to get back. When we complained the manager put the blame on us saying we don't know how covid works that when it's in transit it's going to different jeweler to get fixed!
