I needed a ring for my fiancé and no stock setting I found was grabbing me. My fiancé and I happened to walk into the riddle’s jewelry Rushmore mall location in Rapid City, SD to be greeted by the manager Aubrey. She showed us around and we came across a stone that I knew I wanted my girl to have but the settings weren’t exactly her taste. I was working on building a custom setting with a company thousands of miles away when I was contacted by Aubrey. I explained my predicament and that I loved the diamond riddles had in stock but that I wanted my fiancé to have a custom setting. Aubrey explained that the custom setting could be designed and built entirely in house, with my input, in Rapid City and that she could get me a nicely discounted price on the diamond and setting. All told, she saved me $3000 on the entire ring and my fiancé got a ring to fit her tastes perfectly. Aubrey made herself available after hours and on weekends to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will be returning to riddles for birthdays, holidays, etc. The excellent level of service that Aubrey provided has earned riddle’s jewelry, in the Rushmore mall, a customer for life. I have never been so satisfied with a buying experience and I now trust riddle’s with all my future jewelry needs. Been here twice now, first was to get my childhood pinky ring resized it went great but my nugget bracelet that just got repaired was definitely off centered to the right and being OCD it does bother me a bit tho I will say the o ring the lobster clasp holds onto they rebuilt very good and is way more sturdy than the original one and the back of my bracelet it looked like they did fix one link by soldering it even tho I didn't ask for it I appreciate you guys looking out not to mention they polished all the tarnish on the back that I couldn't get to just wish it was actually centered idk anything about rebuilding jewelry maybe they had to put it to the right side instead of in the middle I'm not sure I could prob take it back but I live 30 mins away and unfortunately don't have much time to go back and forth but overall satisfied bc at least now I can wear my bracelet again...

I was disappointed today by this location. The clerk was judgemental and unhelpful when we were shopping for a new watch face for my husband. We didn't want to spend all that much and asked him to show us a different price point. He said the ones he had at that range weren't very good and he should spend more money...and he said he didn't understand why my husband wore a watch of any quality since he was a blue collar worker. It was all very awful. We promptly left. I did have to return for some rings they were cleaning. Unfortunately the other employees were pretty cold as well. They didn't even clean my husbands ring. Just mine. I just took them back and left the store. We make a couple purchases a year with this store. But I feel like I will shop around for better service.
