I was having some major issues with storage on my phone as I was heading out of town I stopped at Harlingen store which was extremely busy so I decided to try the Raymondville store instead. As soon as I walked in, Jason approached and offered his help. I mentioned how I was having issues even texting due to lack of storage space but I was extremely terrified of losing any pictures and chronological order; Jason offered several options; he "tested" before preceding to give me assurance that this would work. His patience and professionalism are extremely appreciated. Read moreIn the past, I had to prep for a few days before going into a mobile phone service center. That has never been the case since I switched to T-Mobile. My first visit to this location was the best experience I have ever had at any service center. I went in to upgrade my phone and Michael and a young lady who's name I did not catch, far exceeded my expectations. Everything was explained in great detail and when I upgraded from a an iPhone 13 Pro Max to an iPhone 16 Plus, they did not try to push me to upgrade to a Pro Max.
