Phat Daddy's Smoke Shop — Local services in Raynham

Short story: I am an idiot and the owner and sales clerk were very very nice people.

Long story: I went into Phat Daddy's in Raynham on 12/23 looking for a product to get my mother for Christmas. My mother recently was diagnosed with a health condition and she now can't smoke. I went into Phat Daddy's to buy her a vape. I purchased a pax and went home wrapped it up and gave it to her christmas morning. I went to register it, but I am dumb and was looking in the wrong spot for the serial number to register the device. I was in a huff, thinking I was given a counterfeit product. I went back into the store and I was in a huff. The sales person (Dawn) and the owner (Jamie) were calm, considerate and very good to work with. They offered to take the device back without any hesitation and upgraded me to a different device Pax 2 and gave me a 50$ gift card. I went into this interaction so convinced that I had gotten screwed and that I was right. Well I was wrong, these are great people to do business with, they really care about the satisfaction of their customers and I will 100% do business with them again. I see some negative reviews on here and I can't in good conscience say that I agree with any of them. Again sorry for being such a pain and I hope everyone at Phat Daddy's has a happy new...

Been to both locations in raynham and Wareham. I live in onset about 2 miles from phat daddy's. But I only go there if I absolutely have to. I don't drive but if I did, I would NEVER go there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A couple of them actually know what they are talking about. But the prices are absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! I'm talking almost double what other shops charge for tanks, mods,batteries etc...Even the e-juice is $5-$10 dollars more than others shops.It sucks mostly for the newbie who is trying to quit smoking and knows nothing about vaping. Those poor bastards get robbed blind. The Vape Way and the E -cig barn are both excellent shops with great knowledge and super low pricing and great deals. They even offer a point system where every dollar you spend you get a point. 100 points equals a FREE 15 ml. Of e-juice. And it goes on from there. All in all, phat daddy's is a ripoff and...

The short story is: crummy customer service and ridiculously high prices. Long story time! I tried to call and check on an item (Smok Baby Beast Tank), the phone rang off the hook and then went to voicemail. I figured maybe the person was in the bathroom or something. Called back about 10 minutes later and I got pushed to voicemail after 2 rings. I was going to be in the area, so I stopped in. They were open. The girl at the counter was rude, and short with me the entire time, and she didn’t really seem to care about selling me anything. Also, I just paid $40 for a $25 tank because I was in a rush and I didn’t want to wait, as it was a gift. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this is just ridiculous. I’ve worked in retail, dealt with numbers end of things, and I understand how profit margins work....
